Under construction with no warning on the website. Night staff not trained “I’m sorry this is only my 2nd shift” when we asked for toilet paper, that was what we were told. So we had to take pieces of toilet paper from the lobby bathroom and bring it up to our room. Staff were unable to provide toilet paper because they were never shown where to find the stock for patrons if needed. Hot tub was dirty and the enclosed space for the hot tub and pool had so much chlorine in it that the fumes burnt your eyes. Limited parking due to the hotel being surrounded by construction bins. Check out time was 11am and we were just about out the door at 11:04am when housekeeping pounded on the door and said “housekeeping, check out is at 11am get out” so rude! the room itself was dusty and dirty. Tub was not cleaned, shower curtain was gross, provided toiletries were half empty. The beds were absolutely terrible and beyond needing replacement. I’ve been staying at this hotel 2xs or more a year for the last 12 years and after this weekend I will never be going back. So disappointed with this stay and sad that these standards are acceptable for a Hilton hotel.

Toilet didn’t work, and front desk was not willing to call maintenance until the morning (when I was checking out) - submitted a complaint to Hilton website. The hotel is overall nice, my experience though was not :/

Comfortable room, welcoming

Perfect distance to the Boeing facilities. Perfect staff, they changed my room upon request when i asked to face Paine field.

Printer didn't work so couldn't print boarding passes. Was disappointed there were no free rides to the airport at Paine field.

Black mold in the shower. Thermostat quit working, had to move rooms at 10pm due to the room getting to hot. Cafe closed on Saturday. They’re entertainment guide states Netflix / Hulu - not true. When I called the front desk and asked how to access the streaming apps the response was “I don’t know I don’t stay in the rooms”.

Perfect overnight stay. Zero complaints. Front desk staff (super tall guy with beard) was friendly and gave us tips on where to eat in the area.

Better option nearby with breakfast included.

Although I couldn't get a room on the top level floor, I didn't hear any noise from upper level.

Great location, near various attractions. No info regarding room cleaning; ie, we were supposed to call house keeping if we wanted room done. Since when? No mention was made when making the reservation that the continental breakfast would be $10 per person per day. That’s a pricey bowl of cereal or bagel. Higher priced than some nearby properties so we were expecting more.

Bathroom floor and lower walls were slightly soiled with accumulation of debris in the sealant, and there were hairs in and around the bathtub. Traffic noise woke us up early. However, the beds were nice, pillows cushiony, and the main room was clean overall.

Nice stay with family. Kids enjoyed the pool. We all slept well!

We were located on the first floor unfortunately too close to the swimming pool and the pool didn’t close till 11 in the evening. And it was very noisy. You could hear everybody going up and down the hallway quite a lot . However, the staff was very friendly and very courteous.

Close to few restaurants and lighthouse and park. Oh and Boeing museum.

The price of the room doesn’t reflect the level of quality of the room or service. The restaurant was understaffed and the quality of the food was poor.

Fantastic especially being located beside Boeing airport and factory. Directly next to Boeing store too! Great for Boeing fans. However, toilet bowl did not flush well on the last day.

Was taking a 6a flight from Paine Field so stayed the night and not risk the morning ferry be cancelled! Was quite and the room was nice, staff were the best! Would stay again!

Delightful hotel with comfortable accommodations, a quick ride to PAE and, in spite of being so close to the airport, very quiet!
