The positives: Staff members were all very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were actually pretty good! The microwave worked well.
The negatives: Breakfast was very unimpressive. My room had obvious water damage that they've tried to repair in the bathroom - it doesn't seem like there's a vent?
The hotel wasn't bad, but I wouldn't choose it over many of the other hotels I've stayed at in the area, especially for the price.

The visit was great. there was only a small hiccup but i called days later to have the issue and fixed and the staff moved fast to fix the problem. Good location. Very welcoming staff. Definitely will be returning!

Facility is very old , desk staff didn't do as asked since only one light worked in the room. Left in the morning and asked if they could replaxe the butmrnt out bullbs and they assured me that they would. Got back in the evening and not fixed. Ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was horrendous. I would not stay at this location.

Overall - not close to any Fairfield or Marriott I’ve stayed at before.
Building is VERY outdated and not clean. Staff was helpful when engaged - but spent most of their time in office behind the front desk unless there was a customer at the desk.
Building has no locked doors after hours. Anyone can enter thru any door at any time.
There are many better options!!

This was a weird hotel… there was only 2 towels in a 4 person room, the phone in the room didn’t work, the shower curtain was too short for the shower so the water got all on the floor, and other thing I don’t know it was just weird. That being said!!!
It was VERY clean and the guys at reception were SO nice and helpful. I would 100% stay here again specifically for those reason. I don’t use the phone in the room anyway and they brought us more towels immediately.

Pleasantly surprised by the experience as a whole. There were minor issues, in my opinion, the bathroom could have been in better condition, there were areas that had clearly been missed when previously cleaned but not enough to feel a complaint was necessary. An adjustable shower head is definitely recommended, and additional washcloths. That being said, the service was exceptional! From the moment we arrived until we left, every single person we can came in contact with went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered had plenty of variety and freshness. We will definitely stay there again!!

The room on the first floor was noisy and the refrigerator did not work. The heat remained on constantly and barely kept the room warm enough to tolerate.

Have stayed at the hotel before and maintenance didn’t seem to be up to previous standards. Our room’s ceiling showed what looked to be a rather recent leak with staining and mold spots. Otherwise the room was fine.

Make sure that the manager on duty leaves a note if your room smells like smoke so you don’t charged the smoking room fee. We stayed there and told the mangers as soon as we got done dropping off our bags and went down stairs to tell them that room smelled like smoke. He did not note that and I got charged for the smoking fee. Which I called and the manager that was working was very nice and refunded the smoking fee amount. Over all very nice rooms and would stay there again.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was a good hotel. The staff was friendly, the room and facilities were clean and I like that the bathroom had a long counter. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options and was very good.

On check in we waited 10 minutes and then had to find a cleaning person to ask for check in. The room had a musty damp smell.
The pillow case and sheet had a yellow stain. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling and the inside plastic shower curtain was to short to fit inside tub so water dripped on the floor.

I love that this hotel is only 5 mins from my sister’s house! Perfect for an overnight stay. When making the reservation, I requested a room that didn’t require a long walk because I have a bad back. I was given a room right down the hall on the first floor. Perfect! Thank you so much.

I had to love rooms 3 times! The first room the ac was making this loud noise. The second room the ac wouldn’t shut off and the room was freezing cold and it was missing furniture. The first two rooms were gross definitely not cleaned.
Finally we got to the 3 room and it was the best out of them all. I paid for a bigger room (which was room one with the loud ac) but they didn’t have another large room. When I went down stairs the receptionist told me that they were sold out but funny thing was 3 minutes later he moved me to room 2. But room 2 was the freezing cold rom where the ac wouldn’t shut off I went down stairs to let the lady receptionist know and she was so NASTY! I was so upset/mad I just walked away. I had to send down my mom to see what they could do.
This whole experience was HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

We had a very good stay.
We got there pretty late and the gentlemen who checked us in was very nice. The next day we noticed our heat wasn't working and he moved us to a new room immediately. I appreciate the hospitality.
There were some visual things that were not pleasant but i will attribute it to all the rain. There were some parts of the ceiling that was leaking in the lobby but I was not bothered by it. I understand things happen.

Enjoyed my stay with the family of 7! Staff was friendly, hotel is clean and quiet and convenient. Great choice of continental breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Checked me into a room that was already occupied and then told me no other rooms in my category…..but of course the king size room I paid for was not more expensive than the double they put me in. No cleaning of room in between 2 day stay either!! Never stay here again or use Travelocity !!!
