I appreciated accommodating the early check in (30 minutes). However, the room assigned was not yet cleaned. Seemed like a breakdown in communication between front desk and cleaning crew. It was only 10minute wait but waited in the hall. Cleaning crew was nice and apologized.

I would stay here again. The only downfalls were that the refrigerator did not keep items cold or cool. The a/c unit did get cold but the room would feel and smell muggy at times. And I wish there more options for breakfast. Otherwise my room was clean and the staff was very nice.

The Hotel was good. The people were friendly. Facilities were a little dated but nice. The stay would have been better if other guests weren’t smoking weed and stinking up the entire floor but I guess this is a college town and that is to be expected now days. Nothing really that the management could do as it was the last night of the stay.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The good news ends there. Ice machines all broken, water empty the whole trip in vending machine. Dirty chair in room, noise from very loud doors slamming at all hours. Trash overflowing to the ground at the can in front of the building. AC barely worked…we sweat all night long.

It is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. The room we were assigned to had such a smoke smell, we immediately left the room. Was assigned another room, but the fan in the bathroom kept pulling in smoke from another room. We stayed for 4 nights and they never came and cleaned the room or brought towels. My husband thought the bed was horrible. The staff was nice, but they needed to do more.

Everything was sparkling clean and smelled great. Sheets were so soft and the bed was comfortable. Pleanty of clean towels and hot water. Hot breakfast was tasty. We would positively stay here again.

There was a roach in the bathroom when we first got to the room. The breakfast was terrible. They reused the same food day after day (frozen breakfast sandwiches) and the danishes tasted old. We had to go outside of the hotel for breakfast which cost us more because the food was inedible.

Stay was perfect for a quick visit near campus! Bed and sheets were super comfortable for a great night's sleep. Coffee was great and breakfast options were not fancy but met expectations. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again as the value for what we got was great.

We liked the convenience of the location. Only stayed a couple of nights to visit family. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little odd for the coffee pot and ice bucket to be on the lowest shelves in the room but we didn’t stay long enough to use them. Continental breakfast was decent. Took a while for the water to get hot. Would probably stay again. Just not my favorite.

The main areas looked clean and seem to have been recently updated, however there were a few things that stood out as worrisome. Our bathroom floor was sticky and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned very well. The breakfast they served resembled what I would see in a gas station: frozen sausage, egg and cheese biscuits just sitting in a case (without any instructions on how to heat it up), and cellophane wrapped pastries. There were 2 cereal options and a make-your-own-waffle station, but that was it. At check in we were greeted by an employee that chatted with another employee (?) on a radio the whole time she was checking us in. And the condition of the elevator was questionable, so we chose to use the stairs while there.

Tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and still had hair in it. Bathroom floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Fridge had not been cleaned. AC worked great!

We booked a suite and the reservation stated a normal tiny room. Said he couldn’t upgrade us.. so we go into the small room, the fridge didn’t not work and was leaking water every where Also there were two huge roaches in the bathroom Also none of the ice machines worked besides the one on the very bottom floor

Upon checkin- staff English was poor and unable to understand that they had overcharged me. Did rectify the situation. Sheets were stained. Cockroaches in bathroom. Coffee was terrible. Location was only perk as close to Auburn for game day.

Excellent stay. Staff were great, very acomodating. I technically checked out in the am but they let me use the breakfast room for a meeting that lasted until 4pm. Self serve coffee, no problem. Will totally stay here again.

System was down so checkin took about 30 minutes. Clerk was texting the whole time. The room had an old, damp, musty smell. The sink was stopped up on the day of checkout so we had to brush our teeth over the bathtub. Checkout is at 11 am but housekeeping came in our room at 10:37 am while both my husband and I were completely naked after just getting out of the shower. I will not be staying at this hotel again. And would not recommend.

We had to go to the desk twice to have the keys programmed when checking in. The hotel definitely sees high traffic so there is a tiredness about it. Walls are thin. You can definitely hear people talking in other rooms and you can hear the interstate. The breakfast was fine- McDonalds is across the street. We were just in town for 1 night to visit our son and go to a party and the room was fine- for 1 night.
