Evening clerk was very friend and attentive. Rooms clean and quite hotel. Breakfast was hot fresh and wonderfully made guest as needed.

Such a hidden gem nestled by the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains! Love the safe and secure (and serene) neighborhood that's located in - yet it's within a stone's throw from Downtown Los Gatos! The ambience, the wonderful staff, the safe & secure parking lot, as well as the amazingly delectable hot breakfast that's included with your stay - are some factors that make this accommodation option simply the best!

Lots of my family stayed there for an event in town and the hotel was festive with Christmas decorations, everyone working there was super nice, the breakfast was great and the rooms clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

My 4 night stay at the Best Western in Los Gatos was impeccable. Excellent location, super friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast too. Kudos to Mgr. Marcus for helping me straighten out issue with Hotels.com. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Very helpful and efficient staff. Amazing breakfast, great coffee and selection. Very clean! Only disappointment was at about 6:30am some guests were quite noisy. One was revving his car engine, others slamming doors. Guests were inconsiderate. The hotel and staff were excellent. I would stay there again and hope for more considerate guests.

Everything is real good, but there is one big problem! There is a restaurant next door and patrons use the hotel parking lot. I stayed 5 nights. Twice, I was unable to park. The management shrugged their shoulders. No help. 3 stars.

This hotel seems to have been recently renovated. It was clean, quiet, and a nice place to stay. I would stay here again.

Close to Los Gatos which has a great 'strip' of shops and restaurants. It was also close to the Mountain Winery where we say a concert. The minus was the lousy WiFi and noisy fridge we had to turn off because it was so loud.

There was a knocking noise coming from the ceiling near the bathroom that kept me awake most of the night. When I requested a new room, I told the front desk that there was also a crack in the tile in the shower. It had been there awhile as was evident by the raised flooring and baseboard swelling. All the molding around the shower had pulled away. I told the front office they probably need to fix these things before they book this room again. She said it is up to corporate. Apparently they do not care about the experience of their guests-another person will be kept awake and possibly exposed to mold from the water damage. I was able to switch rooms for the next night, which I appreciated.

Very pleasant people and good location within walking distance to dining and shopping on the main drag. Clean renovated comfortable room. I would stay here next time I visit the area.

the lobby is gorgeous and the breakfast was great! the only recommendation i'd have is to change the carpet in the rooms! it's very spooky and makes the rooms seem old. you need a lighter vibe like the lobby has.

Nice hotel to stay at. Bathroom needs some up keeping. Good breakfast and there is a restaurant next door. Good access to freeway and of course very near downtown LG and shopping.

Property is a clean, safe place to stay in the San Jose area/

This property is a gem. Clean, quiet and breakfast was included. I loved that the rooms have a fan above the bed to move the air instead of using the ac while we slept. 20 min drive to the beach or to downtown Sj. The area is safe and the restaurants on University Ave were in walking distance for us - 15 minutes, flat terrain, on a sidewalk.

This unique property was just perfect for my recent visit to Los Gatos to attend a family wedding. The staff, in particular Regina, was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. Another plus is that the property is located close to an access point for the Los Gatos Creek trail which you can take to reach a very nice park. The room was very comfortable and there is even a pool and fitness center. I would love to return again soon!

Breakfast staff were very attentive and professional. The breakfasts were perfect for us with protein choices (hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs) bacon, sausage, fresh fruit (melons, berries) and then a nice selection of yogurts, granola, danishes, breads, and French toast sticks or waffles. The only critic was that the French toast sticks were very dry and crunchy sometimes.
