Great room and safe location. Perfect for families wanting a pool and beach on the property. Good customer service from hotel staff.

Suite option with washer dryer and kitchen worked well- we cooked and enjoyed daily coffee and eggs on our patio. Responsive staff at both the front desk and housekeeping. Beach was perfect for swimming and hot tub and pool great for relaxing.

This is my go to hotel when friends and family arrive at the island. Reasonable prices with great amenities. Must have a car if you want to go out to do adventures but if you just want to kick back and relax you have everything you need within walking distance including a couple of plazas with places to eat, pharmacy and icecream. Approx 2-3 restaurants on the surrounding property and a casino with live music on the weekends. Highly recommend

The hotel is poorly mantained and cleaned. We found an old bottle of water and dental floss under the beds, I guess they dont clean under them. When we got to our room one day there was no towels in the bathroom so I went to the front desk and they just told me that it was not their problem and I had to contact the cleaning crew! After further discussion they gave me only one towel! Awful service. The only thing good was the pool which is shared with the embassy suites hotel.

A nice weekend with the family on a beautiful location.

While the resort aspects of this facility were fine, our room #2371 turned out to have beg bugs. They feasted on our feet and legs to the point that we needed to obtain medical treatment. Since it takes a few days for the bites to appear, we spoke to the management to report this situation and requested that they examine the room so no other future guests would be subjected to the bugs. They never got back to us nor did they respond to my subsequent email. Stay away is the best advise we can give you. I request a response from Hotels.com. Photos available.

The shower was clogged with hair and appeared not to be cleaned. The driveway was not labeled well. There were no blankets in the room.

The room smells like moth balls. Sofa is full of stains. Cleaning standards below par.

We're from Oklahoma City Oklahoma and this is our first time staying at the Aquarius. We arrived around 11:45 a.m. and check in wasn't until 4:00 p.m. we were greeted and allowed to pre-check in with Beach passes, towel passes and casino passes! We were able to leave our luggage in a safe place while we explored the property. We were able to check in 2 hours before actual check-in with the help of the hotel staff. Best hotel, best experience.

Disappointed in this property. There were leaks in the ceiling and they had buckets set out to catch thebwater. My room was old and out dated. It was consistently wet from condensation. So much so that the walls were wet and our clothes in our suitcases stayed damp. Very limited food options. Bathtub barely drrained. We stayed for 2 days and checked out 2 days early and changed hotels. It was overall very much downgraded from how it's presented online. I have never complained about a property before, and I was so dissatisfied that I requested a refund for the 2 days that missed after checking out early and was refused due to their no-refund policy. I was told that I should have just asked for another room, but why would I want to stay at a property that I was so dissatisfied with? It seems like for the sake of customer service, they would have honored my requst. Especially considering that I have pictures and video to support my complaints. I do not recommend this property, and will never stay there again. The only saving grace is that outside of refusing to refund any of my money, the staff was super nice.

The building itself is "run down" and needs a lot of upgrades, however, theveasin why I loved this stay is bc how clean are the rooms, the linens, towels, nothing smelled bad, they have a great cleaning crew and it made our stay worthy. Their staff is nice, helpful and friendly, would definitely return

Thank goodness we only booked one night. It was a girls day beach booking so we got there at noon and used the beach/pool amenities before checking in. There are quite a few Iguanas that live on the island in the pool and they get in the water which isn't the best. We did NOT get in the pool. The beach was nice and access to chairs are free. There was no staff to take our food/drink orders so you have to go to the pool bar if you want anything. When we checked in at 5, the room was decent, very outdated and small even though we booked a "Suite". We showered even though there was NO HOT WATER in the bathroom sink. We called to ask for more hand towels only to be told we could only have the amount of the people that were in the room. There are several restaurants off property that were great including a Casino. Once we returned for the night, the beds were VERY HARD and we had a sheet with a very thin blanket. Needless to say, we slept on what felt like park benches with newspaper cover - very bad. They charge you if you stay past 11am check out time but we were up and out by 9am. Would NOT stay here again. The Embassy Suites is right next door and shares the same pool/beach so I would recommend that.
