Stone Gables Inn

Absolutely adorable all around! It couldn’t be more perfect

100% recommend

My daughter and I booked a stay here for a night in Cleveland, OH. I did not feel comfortable staying alone with my daughter in a room in this house and we left and booked another hotel. If I was with my husband - I would have stayed. But it was just us 2 gals and my daughter is 14. Overall Pros: Parking right on premises Interesting area Great for larger parties Craig was quick to respond when we asked for early check in. And quick to help us get in when we couldn't get the door code to work. Cons: Not something I would recommend to a small group of women Not very clean, but I am a bit particular about cleanliness. There were dust bunnies on the ceiling, the bathroom towels were stained, and dust / hair on floor. Overall the place could have used an annual deep clean, but that is not something that many would see. But I notice. As we didn't stay, we got there at 2PM and left by 3PM, we did ask for a refund and were declined. No refund within 48 hours, is the reason. As we didn't feel safe staying there, we were hopeful. No luck. We booked a hotel downtown Cleveland with security and felt much better. It was more expensive and even with the lost in the booking of this place, I felt I made the right decision for myself and my 14 year old daughter.

We had a great stay. Clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Owner was very helpful.
