Very convenient location to Bourbon Street where you cannot hear the noise.

It's not bad for the price, our room face the street, so you heard everything going by. There is no view, so you might feel closed in. Would I stay there again? Maybe. But I probably would go to a hotel that had more of a view, at least you can look at something in the morning.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Inn on Eursalines. However noone was at the inn to check us in. We had to call a sister hitel to have someone come check us in

A nice stay close to everything in the French Quarter. Front desk staff members were kind. The room was clean, and recently painted. Everything felt very safe as well.

The room was spotless. Shower had great water pressure, nice tolietries. Had an issue with the TV reported it on our way out was fixed when we returned for the evening.Front desk staff was friendly. Walking distance to all the sites.

My first stay at the Inn. The rooms have all been updated and are fantastic. My room was on the street side which was interesting. Typical New Orleans style building with floor to ceiling shutters over the doors and windows so you enter through one of the shutters. Be aware the French Quarter is not a quiet area. I was hoping Ursulines would be since it's a bit away from all the Bourbon St activities. Still loud drunk people at 3AM walking by and cars with loud music driving by. I recommend staying in one of the courtyard rooms if noise is an issue. Ear plugs too. Also a bit of a step up from the main room into the bathroom so if you have problems with steps that could be a problem. Super clean and comfortable. Well lit bathroom with a large shower.

Comfy, good location, nice little
Courtyard, but the free water was not available at all during our stay costing us an extra $20.

This is a small Inn perfectly placed in the French Quarter. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need. The room was very comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

It’s great little place, nice rooms, clean. Not a lot of extra services but walkable to anything you need.

We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed our stay. It is definitely an old property, but that's part of the appeal! I will say that the shower is the smallest I've ever used--felt claustrophobic lol. Smaller than a telephone booth!
Our dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed so they were just always open, which isn't a big deal but felt kind of silly.
However, the area is FANTASTIC and quiet and worth everything. Super walkable throughout the entire French Quarter. I'd stay here again!

Its perfect if you just want some place to sleep.

The Inn on Ursulines claims they have a hot tub. They do not. All of the booking sites I explored showed pictures of a hot tub for this hotel. I chose this hotel based on location and that there was a hot tub. When I arrived , I was looking forward to and frankly needed a hot tub soak. When I asked where is hot tub, They said, “Oh, it exploded.” Not a great answer since there was no evidence of where the hot tub had been. I was very disappointed. This hotel is still showing pictures on web site of a hot tub that does not exist. Lesson learned, I cannot trust your advertising and next time before I book a hotel, I will need to contact the hotel directly and verify facilities. Defeats the purpose of even using a secondary booking site. Questioning the listings on your platform and disappointed with the Inn on Ursulines.

My wife had a great time at the Inn on Ursulines. The room was large, the bathroom was good, and we were close to everything. Since it is on Ursuline street between Royale and Bourbon streets, you are close to Jackson Square, the riverfront, and everything that is in the French Quarter. It is also a short walk to Frenchman Street. You do have to park away from the property but it is gated and not that far. I would definitely come back h to the Inn on Ursulines again.

Stayed in the quarter for 2 nights. The check on and service at the Inn was great. The room was clean but the closet had a dead mouse odor. The plug is were very difficult to reach at floor level and behind wedged on beside tables. The bathroom was freezing and sink was cracked. Location was great

This was a great old timey little place. Not much for amenities as stated in the ad, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep in a great location this is it. Clean room but no refrigerator or microwave, we brought a small cooler. Little CStore just down the street for anything you might need.
The pool and hot tub are about a 6-7 min walk depending how fast you walk at their sister property Lamont House. We also the $20 per night gated parking behind that property as street parking is almost non-existent. Would stay again

Room was nice, water was hot. TV did not work but we were not there to watch TV. "Hot Tub" mentioned in the VRBO was at a sister site a few blocks away. So prepare. Good Ice Machine. Friendly Staff. Convenient to Frenchman. I would stay there again.

This is a small out of the way hotel! Friendly staff, clean, decent size room and bathroom. Had everything I needed in the room. The courtyard is a bit lacking, and so is the old charm feel I was looking for. Would stay again if it was priced right!

Perfect peaceful location

The property was cute and authentic to the area but was very plain. A few decorative wall hangings or paintings could liven it up.Also a mini fridge would be good. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

Check in and seevice was great - very friendly and helpful. Excellent location close to French Quarter but also far enough away for some peaceful rest. Only complaints are that the door to our room was not fitted well, and as a result the very bright exterior light on the landing by our door essentially kept our room nearly fully lit entire first night of stay. Next 2 nights we stuffed the top bed sheet all around the frame, which blocked light enough so we could sleep. 100% understand light needed to stay on gor security but the poorly fitted door just let in too much light. Other issue is that we chose this hotel partially due to it showing as having a hot tub on hotels.com. Upon check in- this facility has no hot tub at all, so not sure why it is being advertised as such. Would recommend due to great service and location.

The Inn on Ursulines is very close to the most exciting things in New Orleans. Everything is walkable and we felt safe walking at 2 am in the morning. The staff were very nice and they allowed us to check inn early and the allowed us to leave our luggage after we check out so we can explore the city more before our late flight unemcumbered by our luggage.

Loved this quaint modernized Inn!! Between Bourbon & Royal but away from the noise. Staff was especially helpful and their recommendations were spot on!! Will stay here again!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were switched to another facility without notifying us so we had to walk in the dark 8 blocks with our luggage. Construction started outside our room around 8am and was accompanied by lots of talking and laughter by staff (a table was outside our room where they would gather and talk...early). The room was nice. We just wanted a bit more rest.

I love this hotel last time I stayed here. It’s extremely close to walk to everything However. This time we stayed there was a huge roach in the bathroom and when we reported it the guys just seemed to laugh about it . I won’t be staying here again next time . Very unfortunate

Paul and Craig provided us with great customer service.

Loved the location of this property. Easy to walk everywhere. Felt like a local here! Clean and friendly staff. Excellent price point and exactly what we needed for a great stay in NOLA.

Room was out dated. There really weren’t any power outlets to accommodate charging our phones. We had to take turns. Keurig in the room didn’t work because there was no place to plug it into.

If you’re looking for a place to stay while you explore the French Quarter without a lot of unnecessary ‘extras’ this is the place!
A comfortable bed, amazing towels, and a coffee maker - PERFECT!
The staff was great, pointing us in the direction we needed to take according to our interests.
Be aware that on-street parking is only available between 7p-7a. So you need to pay to park in their lot several blocks away.
We will stay here again!

We checked in the hotel with a very friendly staff member and she was very accommodating with helping us with our room. She moved us to a better room due to the air conditioning not working properly. Check out was a breeze and location was perfect area.

We had a great time staying at the Inn. Everything was clean and tidy, and the location was ideal. We would most definitely stay here again.

Went to Nola for our mom-cation myself and my 2 oldest daughters the room was a bit on the smaller side but was very nice and clean.. Was in the perfect location for hitting the party life on bourbon street but just far enough away that you left the noise behind to get some sleep and relax we were in room 11 and the stairs to the upper level are very dangerous highly recommend they get them replaced Staff 10/10 we absolutely loved the staff they are some of the best we have had on a Nola trip Chelsea was an absolute doll hope you get the chance to meet her if you stay at this location... Downfall the pictures show a hot tub there is not one at this location you have to go to a sister location a couple blocks away for the pool and hot tub and don't forget to ring the buzzer or you won't get in over all we give this place a 10

Historic guest house with great updates and awesome location.

Not kept up. Mounted television ripped from the wall and left there until we reported it. It was repaired the next morning. Tub chipped and rusting.

We had a great experience. Arrived into the city well before check-in, and our room was ready and we could settle right in. Comfortable, friendly staff, quiet location.

Really good location. Only a few minutes from both Bourbon and Royal Street. Quiet area and felt very safe.
Very, very odd night manager made us feel a bit uncomfortable on arrival and not particularly helpful. Also took us ages to get in on arrival as reception not manned!!! Would have been helpful to have had a bit more information and been given the maps that we then found toward the end of our stay.
Basic rooms but clean. Really comfy bed.
The safe was in the most ridiculous place and not useable!!!
Bathroom definitely a bit of updating.
Not sure what the cleaner did all week apart from change towels.

Right in the French Quarter, this adorable little chateau is unassuming from the street. But walk past the gate and you’re greeted with a cute courtyard and beautiful surrounding architecture. Cons are the stairs are steep and we had to carry heavy luggage up, and there will be a ton of homeless/intoxicated people. However, it’s quiet at night being on the opposite end of lively Bourbon street. We never felt unsafe, and literally everything is in walking distance. We truly got an authentic experience of the NOLA French Quarter and we absolutely WILL be back!
