Everything was okay for 65 dollars 👍

Staff was friendly. I love a motel where I can park at my door. That was very convenient. The room was clean. I don’t have any complaints.

Place is a dump. Needs a rebuild

The location was great, right off the interstate, check was great. My check in was compromised due to Hotel agreement with Expedia, the lady working from desk made it an easy process. The hotel rooms are infested with roaches

Bathtub drain did not work

We were not happy with our stay , the first room was hot the ac wasn't working so we were moved to another room , then we left and when we went back to our room the ac , wifi and cable weren't working at all , we didn't even stay in the room for 2 hours the beds weren't even used cuz we had to leave cuz it was to hot

This property is old, nasty and smells horrible. The room was so nasty I was afraid to touch anything, there were burn holes all over the bed top blanket. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, had huge spots all over. There were holes in the walls, and the whole room smelled like it had been flooded and never cleaned afterwards. A nasty moldy smell all around. The stairs to go up the second floor were very unsafe, felt like you could fall right through. There were drug addicts wandering around the property, and staff didn't seem to care at all. This property should be closed and demolished!!!! I recommend you stay way from here and book somewhere else.

Terrible customer service..old furniture ...bad condition parking area...I had a bad customer service experience

Like the fact,I got a great price at Expedia,but hate the fact Expedia doesn't have monthly specials or weekly specials,since am looking forward to stay a while, sadly I have to do this process all over every day,but I think you all do this on purpose,set us up for failure to make an extra buck,other than that everything is good about the hotel "La Hacienda" except that it says free breakfast but all they offer is cereal and toasted bread :( that is sad,cause other hotels for the same price offer a great variety of choices for breakfast..

Service was great but they do need some maintance and upgrades of some items (ie bathroom, bed, etc)

The room is some what clean but this last stay the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude very rude I believe her name was Maria not even friendly

There was no remote,no functioning AC, and the room was not habitable. You get what you pay for but probably could have found something way better for the price.

The outside looks run down but the rooms are nice. Water backup in tub. Strong smell of floor cleaner.

Nice room for the price, bed was comfy. Convenient location. Management staff was very friendly. It could use some updating

Fridge. Would not freeze Musty water not very hot phone not working did not bring clean toewls had to get uce frim a cooler at front office. For price was poor value.

Pros : Very close from shopping area Cons: Internet isn't working , so I Stay in lobby for PC working

Decent place to stay for a night while travelling.

The staff was slow to check us in. When we got to our room it was dark and dingy. After a long trip all I wanted was to take a hot shower. To my dismay the shower did not work, so I had to use a cup to take a primitive bath. Also the bathroom was dirty and dusty. While I was there I had to walk to the bending machine which was completely sold out . This motel is only good if you are looking for something cheap and don't care for a shower.
