The check in took just minutes. The staff was the nicest people. The room was very, very nice. Easy parking. Nice and quiet. One of the nicest Hotels weve staying.

Nothing was good about this facility

Images were deceiving. The room and lobby were very poor. The "breakfast" wasn't edible either. It was so bad we still went out to breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this property.

It says “breakfast included” but not… coffee and oats it’s not a breakfast.

The management team was very nice, I lost my phone and they went out of their way trying to help me locate it. They were very accommodating never once made me feel like I was a burden to them, if I come back to California I will definitely stay there again. Again thank you guys for all your help you guys are awesome!

Definitly, property need a lot of maintenance. Really old furniture, terrible "decoracion" .99 cents shower courtain, too old shower towels. I would not pay even $30 per night! Bathroom had a hard pipi smelling.

I liked how close we had the shopping centers near by it definitely made all the difference when we needed something!

The staff was nice, but unfortunately the room was filthy and smelled like cigarettes (non-smoking). The bedding was covered in red hair and so was the shower drain. Didn't look like anyone cleaned or changed the sheets. We bought our own sheets from the target, but after 2 hours of being in the room we left. We didn't feel comfortable, there was a homeless person sleeping in a tent next to us. Everything about the room was disgusting..I feel bad for leaving such a bad review, but it was awful.

It wasn't very clean. The room had a dirty smell. The complimentary breakfast was laughable with a granola bar. I would suggest packets of oatmeal for a better option for those that want a hot breakfast.

It was decent enough,but dirty needed dusted and burn holes in sheets in non smoking room. Towels had long hair in them and tub was pretty grimy gave it a cleaning!

No coffee pot or cups,only cold cups. Was there 4 days and no one made beds or gave us fresh towels.

Front office staff which I'm assuming are the owners are amazing. They are nice and friendly. I just had knee surgery and came back to rest. They offered me more pillows. Rooms were clean. Will definitely be back!

I think that your advertising informed me that they served breakfast. They served coffee, orange juice and snacks. Owner was nice man.

Faucet handle and toilet seat were loose

Clean. Only 2 hangers. The outlet refrigerator stopped working during Saturday night and lost $20 worth of food.

They advertised free breakfast with your stay. Then only gave us a fruit cup & a granola bar. They did let us check in early. But the place could use a bit more touch up on cleanliness. Stained shower curtain, and dirt in the corners. 😒

There was no coffee pot in the rooms. Fridge was on a light switch we were not informed about. There was no soaps at all in either rooms i booked. But staff was pleasant at check-in and rooms were decent otherwise.

Heater was making banging noise, kept us awake, very cold, no good. We couldn't turn the heater on.

Room was clean, had a microwave and mini fridge. Even plugged in the fridge wasnt even cold. So no need to store anything in there. Bathroom seemed to be about the same size as the room itself. Had a very updated shower, which was nice but not what i had requested or assumed I booked. Front desk says my room was changed to standard because they dont have the jetted tubs as of 4 years ago. When I inquired about a tub or even a tub, I was told at check "look over the room & if you dont like it, come back within 30 minutes to cancel & we shall refund your money". No alternative options were given such as another room with a regular tub. Now remember when they say "breakfast is provided" never would i of assumed it would be granola bars & a small coffee pot in the office. She then proceeded to reiterated that she can cancel my reservation if I wasnt willing to accept the assigned room. WOW is all i can say!!! If I wasnt so tired after my 6 hour drive i definitely would of canceled & went elsewhere. But as i was told by a friend "ya just need a safe place to rest your body". This place has alot of misleading images and information. Orbitz needs to have discussion with them to get an update on what they do offer.

Toilet got blocked, twice! Staff had to keep plungering it. 'Breakfast' was coffee and juice. Very disappointed I was not offered any kind of refund, even a partial one.

The location is close to the highway with easy access. Very close to shopping. Although next to the highway it was quiet. Wifi was intermittent often not available. Breakfast was less than a snack. It would be great to provide a warm inviting atmosphere. There was no coffee in the room!

It felt safe and wasnt too expensive
