The trip was an Anniversary trip. Check in went very smoothly.

Didn't get wash rags till second day. Fire Alarm went off, staff didn't call fire department. I tried to call front desk, phones not working, had to call from cell phone

Not in very good repair anymore and the absolute worst bed that I have slept in recently.

The hotel was clean and staff were overall friendly. Our door had a bit of a latching problem and it won’t lock unless you tried it at certain angle, not the biggest deal. Breakfast was good, location was excellent. We had a good stay.

Very close to the Mall but would be really nice if they afford shuttle service to the mall and Walmart like the aloft does.

The front desk staff are terrible and some of the unfriendly hotel staff I have encountered The room was missing the coffee maker it was supposed to have. Had to ask the desk and their response was not very good. Also didn’t have hand towels and had to just catch the cleaning people in order to get those. Checking out was even worse. The facility is okay but I don’t believe I would consider staying there based on the staff.

When we had some issues with the room, they were quick to get us a new one.

I arrive at the property and check in was smooth and easy. A $20 incidental charge was completely reasonable and there was no parking charge despot what Hotels.com suggested. The gentleman man at the front desk was friendly and completely helpful with my questions regarding the area, WiFi password, and whether there was a shuttle to the casino (the hotel did not have one but it appeared the casino itself did have one although I drove since it was less than a half of a lap around the mall parking lot). After checking in and walking into the room I noticed the room was essentially a studio apartment. The was a comfy bed, a desk, couch w/a meal table nearby, and the shower had hot water w/decent water pressure. The next morning I went downstairs at 10am to check out the breakfast buffet w/very low expectations. I was wrong! They had plenty of omelets remaining along w/a selection of pork & turkey sausage (which was huge for me since I am Arab and don’t eat pork). There was also plenty of French toast, bread & cereal options along w/fresh oatmeal and all the oatmeal add ons you could ask for. Now for my ONE complaint! When I firsr walked into my room there was definitely an odor. I can’t describe this odor other than it certainly was not pleasant. I was able to dispel this odor by turning on the AC & spraying the febreeze I take everywhere with me. After doing those two things I only notice the odor after leaving & returning to the room. Overall a 4.75 experience

Nice location,approximity to all restaurants and entertainment is close,within 10 minutes.

Convenient to mall and casino

Stay was cool! Tried to take shower in morning but there was no liquid soap in shower container! Called front desk and they stated it was a housekeeping problem and I asked if they can have housekeeping bring done and they said when housekeeping gets around to it! Long story short it was never delivered so I showered with the bar soap that I would prefer not to shower with! Didn’t like the customer service not one bit! Everything else was ok! But where’s the customer service! I will never stay there again! I’m big on customer service!

It’s was a good for what u paid for

Property was dated, the "breakfast was only 1/2 there at 8:15am 2 out of 4 hot items were gone plus no tray to bring to room. The efficiency 2 bedroom suite didn't even have a coffeemaker. but it did have coffee. No welcome book in the room and some lights wouldn't turn on. requested early check in and didn't get my text notification until 11pm Generally a lack luster performance by the entire property!

It was just a convenient place to stay. It was just okay.

Staff were unhappy and rude

The hotel and the room was very clean. Our room was very noisy it was on the side where the main road was and right next to the elevator. The toilet was loose or not secured down properly in Room #306 because everytime you set on the toilet it moved and you thought it was going to fall over. Breakfast was good.

Had to wait a few minutes to for someone to notice we were there and check us in. AC was leaking in the room. Reservation for 4 but only towels for 2. had to request bedsheets for pullout couch. Some weird issue where if you flip the switch by the door it turns all the lights out. Key cards stopped working on 2nd day of stay. I selected a 2BR suite. Thought the rooms would be larger for the price. Disappointed and won't ever stay there again.

Excellent location. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. I will stay again.

The bedroom was not cleaned properly. We found clothing tags, and a long acrylic finger nail at our bedside. Luckily there was a plaza and a mall near by where we were able to buy a bunch of our own cleaning supplies, and disinfectants. We were not in town for fun. We needed a place to stay so we couod attended a funeral, so we were already sad and miserable. Had this been a family vacation I would have definitely gone back downstairs and confronted whoever was in charge, and let them know about the suite, But honestly my family and I were just too drained after driving for 8 hours that we just cleaned it ourselves and went to sleep. This place definitely wasnt worth the amount of money I spent, but it is what it is guess.

Safe location and conveniently located near the mall. Free parking and breakfast. The elevator was little noisy and slow.

I have always stayed at this hotel for the last 10 years I was there I mean September the ninth through the eighth in this was the worst place I've ever stayed at The front desk is so ghetlots of noise that they was making it smell like weed and cigarettes in every room possible I have my cell phone taken from this hotel I called them and they given me the run around
