Pros: super soft sheets and nice people Cons: poor layout of the bathroom added in a bedroom tiny toilet room. Shower in Ruby was in the bedroom and small. A small space can be designed to be quaint but this was not done well.

Lovely B&B in St. Augustine, well located. Nice breakfast and free beverages, including wine! Service was excellent.

Loved the location! The inn was very nice and hospitable, with free tea, coffee, bottled water and wine available day and night. Breakfasts were excellent. Only downside was our bed was very uncomfortable. We would pick a room other than Peridot if we go back!

We had an amazing experience. It felt like going back in time. Beautiful historical place. Bed and room was so comfy. We appreciated the bottled water, amazing breakfasts and even the coffee was amazing. Staff made you feel special. The location was right on. We never took our car anywhere until we left to go home. Restaurants, shops, galleries, George St so close. Walkable to everything. We will be back!!

Property was right in the heart of the city! Staff was friendly and helpful. Cottage on the outside needed some work, really old building, but the inside was beautiful!

What a jem! The property and staff are awesome. Made me feel very welcomed. They're attentive and kind. Great for a solo traveler. I felt very safe and comfortable. Breakfast every day has been amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure each guest's needs are met.

I felt so at home. After a long trip, and an experience in three interstate exchanges (10, 295, 95) I was somewhat harried! How nice to hear "Would you glass of wine?" as soon as I walked in! I was celebrating my 39th X 2 birthday alone, so was also provided a bottle of champagne! It's a lovely, comfortable, welcoming place. Staff is so friendly and professional. The breakfasts are delicious. It is a perfect place to stay to explore old St. Augustine. I would love to go back!

Love the location, right in the middle of the historic district. Well maintained property and wonderfully decorated room. Staff were exceptional. Jess greeted us with a glass of wine which we sipped on the balcony before going out for the evening. Enjoyed the great breakfast too. Highly recommend.

Amazing B&B right in Old town St Augustine. The room was wonderful and they thought of everything to make the stay unforgettable. From the Keurig coffee, complimentary sodas, water, red and white wine to the superb bed, couch and jacuzzi tub, everything was top notch. Not to be outdone, the staff was the most attentive and genuinely interested in making the stay unforgettable. Jess is an amazing host and the Bfast crew was great too

The service was outstanding. They made us feel welcome, like family, and they were attentive to our needs (both what we asked for and what they anticipated). Beverages and yummy bakery items were available at all hours. The bed was extremely comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and the woodwork and furniture/fixtures took us back in time. The bathroom was luxurious. The location was convenient/walkable to everything in the historic district - we never got in our car. Breakfast was delicious. Services were excellent. Breakfast was good except not many choices for vegetarian. Room was okay. Cleaning could be better. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When you book room it should describe it is not in main building and it is isolated cottage.

This is a very nice B&B. We stayed in the Emerald room and it was very spacious with an outside entrance to the private parking which was very nice. The room had a huge bathroom and great shower. It does have a locked door that leads to the kitchen so you can hear them in the morning but that was no issue for us but if you are someone that likes to sleep late a different room could be better. We would book this same room again. The location for St Augustine is perfect. Having parking at the hotel and being able to walk everywhere was perfect. They made recommendations for dinner and that turned out very good.

Just about everything was great! The staff are very friendly and personable and efficient. The property is a B&B/Inn, not a hotel or motel. They provide complimentary wine, water, coffee, cookies, etc., and the breakfast is homemade and delicious. It was built in the late 19th century and is furnished very nicely to that period. The only thing: rooms are cozy. Bathroom is cozy. Be careful of tight corners to avoid banging your shins, as I did.
