Terrific location in a medieval building. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and nice. Highly recommend.

While likely worth around $50 per night, don't expect any comforts. The walls are thin so you hear the next room over blowing their noses or running their shower. A lot of hard surfaces without carpeting don't help matters. No in-room safe. Basic accommodation without a restaurant capable of serving much more than toast. Comparable U.S. chain would be Ramada meets Days Inn. Best feature is the prime location.

Hotel well situated for the city but access to and from the hotel quite difficult. Breakfast ok and the staff very good and helpful. The room was dated but ok. The en suite was tiny and totally unacceptable. I would not stay here again if the bathroom was not improved.

The property has a great location, but it is no easy to get there by car if you are not familiar to drive in old cities, we had a friend who live in Spain that did the job for us. Every thing looked fine and clean until we went to sleep and found that the pillows ans sheets had some hair and loked like were not changed, we had to ask for a new set of sheets and pilow cases. The brefast was fine, toast are the best. The staff was very helful and kind.

Excellent location in the old town v near the cathedral. It's a daunting drive through narrow streets and the car parking is pretty tight - but really helpful staff assisted. Breakfast was included

The view from the terrace was one of the best in the town. Enjoy the view with wine and people who share the view. The hotel is clean and comfortable, it is not a five star hotel but I would come back here for the view again. It really worth to stay this hotel for the reason. For the wines, the reception provided me a good wine and a glass.

We knew the hotel was a modest lodging but we expected the room to have air conditioning as advertised. It was very hot, the air conditioning did not work and we did advise the front desk. We were told that section of the hotel air conditioning was not working and to open the window. We opened the window and although it was a little cooler, the neighbors were up past midnight making all kinds of noise so sleep escaped us that night. The room was clean but very dark with limited lighting. The bathroom was tight but functional for one person at a time. If we had known there was no air conditioning in our room we would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast was good for the price and the ladies were very efficient and pleasant. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the room was small, dated and very dark the lighting was terrible there was no fridge snd no safe.

Super friendly and helpful staff changed our room without any fuss after midnight when our air-conditioning packed up. Pleasant hotel located in a quiet area of the old town.

Despite it's very low price this hotel was amazing. The small, single bed room was "monastic" in the best way. The staff were just lovely, and the hearty breakfast (for 6 euros) was beyond inexpensive. This is not a "lavish" hotel; it's simple and humble, and just lovely.

Absolutely charming hotel in the center of the old city of Toledo. Short walk to the Cathedral and near shopping and restaurants. Quiet at night. Friendly staff.

The hotel itself was just fine, rooms are tiny but clean. OK for a night . Sadly we were not fully informed beforehand that the access to it is extremely difficult for vehicles, and the parking is not great for larger cars. Had we known this we would have gone for alternative accommodation. Small cars can navigate the area OK but the roads are very narrow in places. Many a mirror has been lost to the walls.

Great location, very interesting historic building, good large room, very clean. Roof terrace is nice with excellent views over the city. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast is really odd, table service with limited choice (and no choice at all for some items - first item is a peculiar yoghurt concoction with a crispy cereal topping, served every day), and the world's largest croissants. A buffet selection would be much better, and surely cheaper for the hotel to provide than having 4 staff hovering about waiting for guests to arrive. But overall an enjoyable stay at a decent price

In six weeks traveling around Portugal and Spain, this was the best hotel we stayed at. Lovely historic property in the center of town with large well appointed room, good breakfast options, one minute walk to the parking garage. And having wine, jamon and cheese on the rooftop terrace at night is sublime. Would be happy to stay there anytime. Just wouldn't want to drive up there again.

We were disappointed to not have any view from our room, but the wonderful view from the rooftop terrace more than compensated. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, especially on parking on site. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Toledo. Traditional furnishings with very comfortable beds - important after a day spent exploring this hilly city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the view from the top terrace is fabulous.

It has the basic and air con is blowing out air and its not cold air

Wonderful hotel. Views from the terrace are breathtaking. Staff very helpful and responsive. They sell wine and give you glasses so take to the terrace to chill out. Best at night. Loved this hotel and the area. Toledo is a gem. But be aware of a con man who claims the monastery down the road makes handmade jewelry. The are not what they claim. They prey on tourists just outside the hotel to lure you in a small building adjacent to hotel to sell things that are exponentially higher than the legit souvenir shops in the area. Be smart.

Historic mansion with a great location.

The view from the rooftop terrace must match any other in the city, I sent more time there than in the room, fabulous. Great team, very friendly and really nice people. Nice location in fact a little away from the crowds, so nice and quiet, but just 5 mins walk to everything.

The roof top terrace was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable.
