Holiday Inn Istanbul Sisli by IHG

This hotel is truly outstanding, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. What makes this place so special is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Abdul Samad. Every morning during breakfast, I noticed him walking around the dining area, checking on guests and asking if they needed anything. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are truly impressive. I would also like to thank Buraq, who is always smiling and goes above and beyond to assist both arriving and departing guests. His positive attitude creates a wonderful first and last impression. The reception team also deserves special praise. They are always professional, courteous, and eager to help. I am sincerely grateful to every one of them. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of all the amazing staff members at the reception and in the restaurant, but each of them deserves recognition for their dedication, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. They all made my stay memorable, and I look forward to staying here again.
