Our check guy was so welcoming . Such a sweet guy . Room was clean comfortable and welcome hinge from smaller rooms we had on our trip . So nice to spread out . Would stay there again

Our first night was great. The second night we had a problem. We were going to bed when we saw a mouse in our room. I called the desk and a man came up and offered another room which we did. He offered a sorry it happened and that was it. There was no kind of compensation other than sorry that happened. This happened early in the morning.

Check in guy was curt. Young lady Night front desk person didn’t seem to have a clue. Tv wasn’t really working. Told front desk and he made a note for someone who was going to be there in the morning.

I was able to get into my room and sleep very easily.
Then I was able to get breakfast and check out very quickly. Thanks for such an easy stay!

Upon arrival ,sign on front desk no towels,washer/dryer broken. Clerk informed us that we had 2 towels for our room for 4 persons. Asked for more towels and she said there were no more. We asked if we went and bought towels would they reimburse us. Was told no. I asked for manager and was informed she was not there. I told her the manager sucked and that this was a piss pour way to run a business. Clerk said i could call manager, i told her i didn't want to. It was not my place to hassle with manager. I was not the employee, she was. I asked her to cancel our reservation. At this point we went and stayed at 1 of your competitors. Could they have not went to a laundromat and cleaned towels to accommodate our stay instead of saying 2 towels is all you get for 4 people and thats it. They took our reservation.
I've stayed at Comfort inns coast to coast over 20 years and never had a bad experience. This experience may make me rethink that.
Our reservation charge was pending on our credit card until the last day or two at which time we noticed we were charged for the none acceptable experience.
I am requesting a refund!
I will also be contacting Confort Inn customer service.

Arrived at 8:30 pm and room wasn’t ready.
Also the pool is only suitable for 10 people (literally). We were never able to enjoy the pool as a family.

They were very busy so we had to wait for towels, but the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Our check in was easy and the front guy was super nice and friendly. Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We wish the elevator was quieter so request a room away from the elevator.

I did not catch his name but he works at night has a few tattoos. He was very nice and out going. We need more people in this world with his kindness. Breakfast was ok . But hey we did not needed to go spend money a a fast food place. Just one night but will stop again for traveling.

Our check in was very easy. Our room was nice but the window had a huge crack in it! Breakfast was basic but fine and the coffee was good. We would stay there for a one night stop.

We had a long day after driving through a snow and ice storm. When we arrived two hours later than we expected, the desk clerk was there, had our paperwork ready to sign and got us to our room in record time. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was convenient having breakfast before leaving in the morning. Just a pleasant experience after a long stressful drive. Thank you.

Clean room and common areas. Good condition property. Good quality sheets which is one factor by which I judge lodging. Spacious room with sofa. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again. Decent breakfast with hot scrambled eggs which was nice plus waffles, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal so actually counts as breakfast versus a nothing "continental" in other hotels.

Loved that the room was spacious and clean. The only thing about the room is we didn't have enough toliet paper. The pool was wonderful. It was clean and warm. One more thing, the bilingual receptionist was excellent.

We have stayed at several hotels recently and they have been awful, so the Comfort Inn was a breath of fresh air! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The young man at the desk was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. The lady running breakfast was so sweet, she brought each child a ring pop as they ate. Overall, I highly recommend the Comfort Inn South.

It was a relaxing weekend!! Did not try the breakfast or go to the pool area, just relaxed. It was close to food and shopping which was nice. The room was not terrible gross but you can tell short cut in cleanliness was done. There was hand prints on the head board, a cob web from ceiling to water spicket, mirror in bathroom was smeared. But I have seen worse, so not as bad as it could be!!

Very nice for the price, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The bed was pretty hard, but would still gladly stay there again.
