The hotel kept in contact with us which as nice. Room 219 is right against the elevator so would not recommend

Cleanest well kept hotel I have ever been to including some very high end hotels. That includes the breakfast area down next to the lobby and the rest of the hotel. Whoever sets the standards for your hotel is doing an amazing job. Your staff was very friendly as well.

Late stop on a road trip. We were lucky to get a room. Checking earlier in the afternoon we found plenty of rooms at the Holiday inn and Hampton inn. In the evening the Holiday Inn filled up while I was on line. Husband called Hampton while I quickly got on Hotels.com. The price had gone up $30 since I checked earlier but the price given my husband was a $100 more. We got the last room on Hotels…the phone reservation told my Husband oops it just sold out. Beds were good. Staff friendly. The condition of the hotel was very worn. Broken tiles, in the bathroom, light bulbs hanging below the shade, worn finish on the furniture and elevator had to be reset to work. Numerous loud explosions (fireworks?) outside that stopped just before midnight. Pretty good hotel breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to my room, everything was impeccably maintained and spotless. It was truly a refreshing experience.
Secondly, the level of tranquility in the hotel was remarkable. Despite being located right off the highway, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room was. The noise from outside was almost non-existent, allowing me to have a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep.
Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location right off the highway was a huge plus. It made my travel plans much easier and saved me valuable time. I could quickly access the hotel without any hassle, and there were also several nearby dining options and attractions within a short distance.
Overall, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn for its exceptional cleanliness, peacefulness, and convenient location. It truly provides a top-notch experience for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

Hotel is somewhat outdated with minor cleaning issues and bedding that is worn

Fine stay. Room was a bit “worn” but fairly clean and comfortable. Someone was harassing us in the hotel parking lot and the front desk said they would send someone out to check on the situation, but they never did. Lesson learned to just call the police of ever in a similar situation; there did not seem to be any on-site security.

Husband handicapped. Elevator not working. Put us on the 3rd floor. Said we could cancel (it was 9 pm) or get a rate adjustment. Said our rate was too low (I thought it was very high) so they couldn’t do it. Climbed 3 flights of stairs!!!!!

I am 74 years old and need oxygen and CPAP equipment.
When I arrived, their only elevator was out of service and there were no 1st floor rooms available.
The staff was absolutely no help with finding other accommodations.
I do NOT recommend the Hampton Inn in Demming.

The king room we originally booked was still dirty, we went inside and it looked lived in, staff hadn’t cleaned it so we had to move rooms :(

We were traveling from San Antonio to Tucson and made a stop over in Deming. This hotel fit the bill. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. Everything was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, even let us keep our bicycles in their office (rather than having them in our room). Breakfast was rather typical free hotel fare but served with a smile.

Property and room were very clean and well kept. Night staff was very cordial and accommodating. Breakfast was as expected these days - not bad, not fantastic - the coffee was perfect! Food staff was very bright and bubbly in the morning. My only real (small) complaint was the bathroom supplies - one small bar of soap, a small bottle of conditioner and a lotion. A body soap and shampoo were missing. Small issues but due to lateness, not worth worrying about as I carry backups. Definitely would stay here again!

Paid on Hotels.com when I booked. Got here asked to swipe my card I assumed it was for incidentals. Then checked my charges. They also charged me for room. I called down oh we will fix it. Nothing. Checking out today…we will fix it 😑

Everything looks new and clean. I like that charging electronic devices are easy and convenient. It’s accessible from the computer desk and night stand beside bed both through plug-in chargers and UBS cables. The free internet once was down but front desk kindly gave me premium internet access through a code to make up. I did notice that the sink countertop in bathroom is a bit high even for some short adults (I am 5’4”) so it might not be kids friendly although my visit was just for business. The pool is indoor and of good size. Overall it was the best stay I could have in Deming and definitely will revisit for business again next time.

I’m sorry to say this but the check in person should not be dealing with customers. Stern, bordering on rude, unfriendly and not ok to explain the check in process. I’ll avoid this location for her treatment alone.

This is an older property and you can hear the people next door talking and it's really noisy in the hallway. Breakfast items are limited. We stayed two nights and the entire time no one cleaned the very dirty elevator floor or the dirty foyer areas. It makes one think that the cleaning standards are lax. So it was OK but not as good as other Hamptons
