It was a good experience staying at Lagoona, room was excellent, food was okay, but the Buffet dinner was not up to the mark, was not even value for the money, need to check out. Over all it was a good staying. Thanks

It’s was good experience .it was our second trip to lagoona and it was amazing.the view is too good and most important it’s not located in crowded place.

The room was very clean and hospitable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Food was very nice..

It was a great stay in in the Lagoona. Lobby was good. In Breakfast, had lot of options. Breast fast serving was in beautiful location

Hotel has reasonable good facilities. It's value can be increased by provision of gymnasium and sports activities.

Very bad experience, it was a terrible experience Day one. my car key was misplaced by the valet packing staff. I could not go out on the 1st day. They have wasted 4 hours (4 pm to 8 pm) searching the car key. finally they could not locate the same. Next day early morning I had to get up and come all the way back to my house in Mumbai to pick up the second key of my car (hotel arranged a car free of cost). I reached back the hotel at 12.00 noon on the second day. Half day of the second day was also spoiled. In short it was a bitter experience.

overall experience was good , but a little improvement on service speed will make it better. personal opinion will be to improve on the gaming zone area for kids as well as for adults e.g , snooker etc. otherwise food and other facilites were nice . but still scope of impreovement on menu can be added .

On 1st day of our stay, we ordered Noodle etc. We werer shocked to see cockroach inside it. We called waiter and manager and they said sorry but how can this happen. Very Careless and worst food.

Had a peaceful vacation. Hotel location is good. Quality of food is also good. Worth to stay.

The overall experience was good.. the rooms are spacious and balconies are just wonderful.. the property size & architecture is the major plus with its swimming pool and scenic views. However, would appreciate if the staffs are trained in a better way.. they were humble in nature but the service was really slow.. My room didn't have the tea maker machine and for which I have to call 3 times and it came after 2 hours, not expected!!!... The place is really clean.. will recommend to visit the place..

it was a total fun as it had everything that a good reort should have! from indoor games to swimming pool, fishing pond, ducks/ swan, hill( if you like mountain climbing)... me and my lil one had a great time fishing! room service was just average but everything else was taken care off! i highly recommend this hotel.

Good rooms but the food is fairly lously tried the lunch was terrible and then no relief the next day for breakfast equally lousy. If one stays away from their food and eats out ok hotel to stay though

Stayed in Oct'13. The view from our room was beautiful, we stayed in the deluxe room facing the hills/duck pond/lawn. Early morning tea in the balcony with the views were particularly relaxing. The food was excellent, the lunch buffet as well as a la carte. The cleanliness, especially of the bath tub should have been better. The hotel staff is very good, very friendly, and they deserve a special mention. Some bathroom fittings needed fixing but nothing major. Though we did not use the indoor games but the TT table and caroom board looked pretty worn out. The room was comfortable.

- there was no bell boy or valet. when asked at the reception, they said they have gone for dinner.There should have been a replacement if one person is gone for dinner - The Reception was dull with person who was at reception was not at all warm and no front office atticates. - We were not welcome with warm smile or given a good response to questions which we asked. - The Men at reception took our booking details as if doing a favour or giving us a charity room. - I could not see any daily newspaper at the waiting area. - the house keeping / maintenace is disaster. The room given to us smell liked rotten things.Dust bins kept in room without cover and they look like road side dustbin, cheap look n feel. No bathrobe in the room. We have to call for it - We were charge Rs.20 for dental kit. All 3 stars hotel keep dental kit as a part of bathroom products and its not charge. Refridgerator lacked cooling system - Phone didnot have details for intercom numbers which tells a guest which numbers to press thru intercom for which service. Mattress was full dirty marks and smelled which was duly covered with white bedsheet. Carpet is worst in the room ... one cannot stay longer in the room.Food was average in taste. I feel it can still improve though.But the F & B staff was very good .

Though hotel ambiance was great but room AC was abysmally bad. Myself, wife, two children could not sleep comfortably as the room was hot even with AC. Dining experience was awesome. Chinese preparation of chicken manchurian was with BONES. Awful ! Hot n Sour Chinese soup was too liquid. Surprisingly they do not serve sauces alongwith chinese soup. Even after making a request, it did not come till we finish the soup. Totally AWFUL food and living experience.

Lagoona Resort charges a fat amount (Rs 7,000 to Rs 8,000 minimum per day) but its services are pathetic. It has some of the weired rules and regulations. In Lonavala one can search for some other options. It is not value for money. Food is not tasty. Staff is not cooperative.

Amazing experience , we stayed there for 3 nights and it was a wonderful stay . Satff is friendly , rooms are clean and specious and hotel facilities are upto the mark . Would recommend some improvement in food taste especially chinese food .
