Very central. Always good to have an equipped kitchen when you want it. Remember you have to go through a covered alleyway to get to the hotel.

We stayed at Citadines for 3 nights…and we found it ot be great value... it’s a bit difficult to find as it is in an alley next to the Marriott Courtyard, however, the apart-hotel is nice, new, clean, fantastic location, the room was spacious but the bathroom was small…staff could be friendlier. Wifi wasn’t good enough, so this would be the only complain, apparently not many rooms have good wifi.

The hotel is accessed through an archway just beside the Courtyard by Marriott so it is in an excellent location but still very quiet as it’s off the main square. Staff were very friendly, organise our taxi from and back to the airport. The room was fine with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend the property.

Overall was great, the room is fully equipped with kitchenette. Room is spacious enough and clean. Landry room is handy enough with reasonable price. The hotel is nestled in quiet alley which is great and away from smoky street. Located near Galleria mall, supermaket, carrefour across the street. You can smoke in front of the hotel.

Only downside was the security guard (name start with L, you can dm us for the name) that was helping us with the luggage. We know that the hotel is self-service and hotel don't have bellboy that is why we've tried to do by ourselves but the security guy was insisted to do so. Upon the delivery we gave him a tip as to thank him, but it turns out that he was not satisfied. He unfold the money then look at it and complain that it is too little. And said he is secutiy guard not a bellboy. Really?.(we gave him as much as the cost of taxi from hotel to East-point/or normal service charge) If he want to do it for a tip then it is better that he stand still.
Other than that everything was really great. Recommended.

Lovely staff. Lovely location. Reasonable price. Don't expect viewes from your room as the hotel is located behind other buildings. Rooms on the highest floor could give you a bit of city and mountain views. Still good value for money.

New building, clean, friendly people at the reception area. Great location near everything , but quiet. It is a little tricky to find the building itself: you have to get through the arch that is not nice looking, but when you pass it (just 10-15 steps later) you will be in front of the modern building. I will definitely stay there if I come to Tbilisi again.

First of all , I would like to thank the hotel management for a BIG and lovely birthday cake plus a nice bottle of red wine for me 👏👍🌹 Very pleasant stay in this apart hotel with simple cooking facility .

This is THE place to stay if you want to explore all the highlights in Tbilisi. Sparking clean, efficient and friendly staff, storage for luggage, and most of all, central location right smack in the middle of Freedom Square. Can't ask for anything better. We will be back!!

The hotel looks nice. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The AC is ceiling mounted and the fan has no high speed setting. So we sweltered in the nice room and bed

Staff very nice and friendly. Very resplnsive to any request. However, my impression was that they are not too familiar with details on tourist attractions. They were very nice about late check- out at a days rate for half price.
Hotel extremely centrally located. Rooms are nice but pictures can be deceiving. I chose an apt. and the pictures they showed were actually for a different and more expensive option. Also, they advertize netflix availability - which they dont have and the TV reception was poor.

A little worn, but very warm! Yes, tooth of time and wear and tear is visible here and there, but overall, hotel is very clean and comfortable, in centre of Tbilisi, spacious rooms, plentiful coffee, tea, and utensils, big and comfortable working desk. But above all, professional, cordial, capable, efficient, language prolific and overall fantastic staff, from manager, to cleaning crew, and that is what makes biggest difference. Only issue I had was noise from the hall, where two large families with children used hall as a playground, and to my surprise till 1-2 AM ??? However, this does not diminish hotels above-mentioned positivities, sinse staff can do only so much with guests. In short, highly, highly recommend, just ask for a floor without children :) Hotel has nice breakfast and roof terrace with bar during warm season, and there were few parking spaces as well. I will definitely come back.
