Pool area was newly renovated. It was great.

Came to Huntsville for a comedy show at Mars Music Hall. The drive wasn't bad from the hotel. The price was fair in comparison to other hotels. Huge plus that the property was non smoking. Bed was comfy!

Slight issue with room cleanliness that front desk resolved immediately.

My room had a faint cat urine smell that didn't go away. The whole hotel was hotel and desperately in need of carpet cleaning and new paint. Bedding was below average quality but there was a very large TV. The pool area was nice but the hot tub was not in use. Nice location, backs up to pretty green tree area. My air conditioning unit struggled to keep the room cool as the rest of the hotel was very warm. Breakfast was underwhelming, few choices, not very good at all.

The Hotel was very clean, our room was very clean and the pool was Amazing !! The staff was so professional and friendly, I will stay at this hotel again, when I go to Alabama.

I would never stay here again! The room was dirty, had an outdated magazine on the counter and the hot tub was lukewarm. The area also seems dangerous. People (crack heads) wandering around parking lot. The shower was all chipped up. Ugh just nothing good.

This was a one night stay on our way home from our family vacation. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Jeanne in the breakfast area was especially helpful. Breakfast was hot and good. We would stay here again.

Great staff and service! Location-wise, the main road is hard to get onto when leaving the hotel and heading to town and there aren’t any restaurant options within walking distance.

It seemed clean. Only complaint is that the walls are thin.

Great location with easy access to Huntsville and Madison! Clean facilities and great courteous staff! Check in was fast and easy and shout out to Lebron who was a great help with directions to my destinations!

It’s nice just a older hotel

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was clean. The elevator was noisy. The pool was occupied by lots of kids for what appeared to be a sleepover so we had to skip the pool. The smokers area is right outside the front entrance so it was stinky every time we had to enter and exit the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel very at home away from home. The kids loves the pool and hot tub.

room was clean and nice . Staff friendly and nice. first two days nice and calm last two days started seeing some sketchy situations and what appeared to be some drug dealing going on between parking lot and gas station in front of hotel. Had two people sitting in car beside my truck for hours with doors open. Walked to my truck just to check on things. They were sitting there smoking drugs. Watched as another guy walked back and forth from their car to various peoples car at the gas station across street. Hotel and staff were great but parking lot was being used for some strange dealings

Everything was okay but the elevator broke the 2nd day and I have a special needs daughter and we had to take the steps which was really inconveniencing. A lot. Other than that, it was alright.

The staff here was great, but the cleanliness could have been better. Our room had hair in the shower and towels were dirty (or stained), so we had to get new ones. And the pool and hot tub smelled awful! We only saw 2 people in it the whole time we were there, and I’m sure that’s why. Both the pool and hot tub appeared to have mold growing on the sides. Not pleasant at all.

The door was broken, the fitness room was out of order, the elevator was broken, and has to wait 15 minutes to check in because the staff was available. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the buffet.

Clean room, hard beds, could hear traffic all night, continental breakfast was not good.

We were traveling with a dog and let them know when we checked in. Seems like “pet friendly” means they have one room that has already been trashed by prior guests pets. The room smelled like cat pee as soon as you opened the door. The mattress on the fold out sofa was stained in a few spots. The mattress on one of the queens had been flipped over to hide a huge stain that looked like it was probably blood. The rest of the hotel was just really run down. Wasn’t looking for a five star hotel, just a clean room for the night during a long road trip. Definitely did not get one. Ewwwww.

Room was dank and musty smelling.

The curtains don't close. So if your room is close to any of the parking lot lights it will be extremely bright in your room all night long. The outlet.between the beds was loose from the wall. You had to be very careful when unplugging anything or you would remove it from the wall. The walls are paper thin. Our neighbors weren't being noisy or loud but it still sounded like they were in our room with us. The AC unit did little more than run the fan. It was only 75 degrees outside and it could never get the room to 70 degrees. I would give the clealiness of our room a 6.5 out of ten. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok. The rooms need a deep cleaning and some general repairs. I would say they need to lower their prices by 1/3rd if this is all you get for your money.
