Red Roof Inn & Suites Herkimer

We arrived at the property in the evening and were received warmly by the staff members. We got information about the amenities and we're quite surprised with the size of our room which was very large, well furnished with a microwave, a large fridge, iron and ironing board and a hanging clothes compartment! The bathroom was clean and had all the necessities including shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hand soap and tissues, and hair dryer. The room had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We went for the included free breakfast and found the place spotless and we'll stocked with a wide variety of items for every morning taste and we were happy to interact with the attendant, Becca L, who was super friendly and helpful. This is our first visit to the Red Roof but after this great experience I will make sure to look for this brand as my first choice for our next hotel stay. We're really pleased. Thank you!

The room was nice and updated but right next to the highway so there was some truck noise while trying to sleep.

This was the third place we stayed this weekend and was the best. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent, we stayed one night in a longer trip. Clean comfortable and quiet. A\C worked properly, bed was comfortable. Very pleased
