Easy to get to, friendly staff, very clean

Safe. No frills. Good for a couple of night in town. The place can use a good scrubbing. I have to say the staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful.

This is a nice, clean hotel--good deal for the price. There were two issues to be aware of: the rooms are small, and the entrance is difficult to find.

This was a very nice hotel, a little hard to find at first.

People who worked here were very nice but the hotel itself was extremely disappointing. My room had a very strong odor of some cleaner/chemical that seemed to be masking a faint smoke odor (I was in a non-smoking room). Smelled so strong my eyes and throat were irritated. The lobby had a similar strong odor. The bathroom had a red stain on wall near trash can I assumed was blood. The room wall was so thin I could hear the couple next to me snoring and coughing vividly all night. I was scheduled to stay 2 nights but left after 1 night primarily due to the smell.

Wonderful! Love going there, never disappointed. Room is always super clean. Hotel is recently painted and upgraded. You won't be sorry!

It was clean & perfect.. Staffs are very friendly but breakfast was not so great.. waffle mix was so watery and no body couldn't make use of it and juice machine was not refilled..

UNDERSTAND THIS!! I WILL NEVER REVISE. ALTER OR CHANGE THE REVEIW I GAVE! IT REMAINS! I WILL ONLY EVER TE They don't want me to say how lwas screamed at by hotel front desk staff because the toilet kept failing. I called the front desk to tell them. The rep said. " So what now? You expect a new room? I said yes, if the toilet won't flush. He said, " well that's not gonna happen. I"m coming up there!"."He came to the he room, using a key and didn't even knock. I was dressed for bed.He entered the bathroom and he screams "You did this!it's your fault!! You flushed wrong! How do you flush a toilet the wrong way?l then asked him to leave my room. l was undressed. He refused. He stood over me. I said ok enough. Get out of my room. I will talk to your manager. He then said, "make me get out b"*&! I felt afraid. The hotel did nothing. In fact, when he saw me in the lobby the next morning getting coffee, he said "have a nice day Coupon user! Can't even afford a hotel."!Fearing nothing. Our service got worse after that. l used a $50 Expedia coupon. My husband fell in the lobby the 2nd day. Ambulance was called. He was disoriented and bleeding from the head. He has high blood pressure.He was taken to the hospital. They released him, but he banged his head, was light headed. It was 10:49. I called front desk and said,"we're waiting for our taxi. Can my husband wait in the room?" She not said really." Forced wait in the lobby, husband bleeding and dizzy, for the taxi. NEVER again.

We have stayed in a lot of Hotels over the years and we both agree that you have the most comfortable beds that weve ever experienced! The staff were all wonderful and made the stay even better!

I had to extend my stay 2 times after my initial reservation and everyone was so fruendly and helpful!!

Price was good, location off the highway was good. All and all I would recommend for anyone passing through.

Main enterance off of street very confusing in dark. Needs better signage! - lobby nicely decorated for Holiday! Very Festive.

Their coffee machine was out of order as well as hot water for tea. Disappointing. Otherwise it was ok.

This hotel is close to the highway which was important to us. The entryway is hard to find due to insufficient signage. Staff was nice, room clean-apart from well used carpeting. Decent breakfast in the morning.

Everything was good and clean, the only thing i had an issue with were the pillows. They were prob the worst pillows i ever slept on at a hotel.

The staff are amazing! Friendly, warm, even a little chatty. Super neat and clean. In a sfe neighborhood, Not a scenic area by a long shot, but once inside you feel luxury. And their prices are unbelievably great. You can not eat this hotel.

Staff members are very kind and friendly. Oh, the hotel is a very pleasant decent place to stay at. I recommend.

The staff were all very helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and cozy, with ice and vending machines right outside my door. (And the prices on the items in the vending machine were great!) The included breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, including yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, etc. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Rooms were big and quiet. Room was dark.

Pleasant stay

Everything was perfect except something went missing from my room. It only valued at 20 dollars and there wereore valuable things there.... I think it was stuck in the sheets, but the office OFFERED NOTHING, EVEN THOUGH HOUSEKEEPING WENT MY ROOM THE ONE HOUR I WAS OUT OF IT!!

We arrived on a Tuesday late afternoon and the only close by decent restaurant was closed.

I was greeted by John when I walked thru the door. He was so pleasant and I appreciated his friendliness! I was so very tired and stressed from driving all day. John's personality made me relax and feel comfortable 😌 I got to my room and it was clean and smelled refreshed! The bed was so cozy and the pillows were comfortable! I relaxed and fell asleep in a couple of hours. I felt very safe and secure in the hotel room! Thank you John for providing me the stress free night!
