Check in was slow, two hours later, we just received a “We are sorry “
Not a well organized hotel, because I have made the reservations two months prior
5.0
Very nice and clean hotel with delightfully helpful staff, at the front desk, the cafe and the restaurant on the roof. Our room was very quiet and the view was the envy of my family.

Other then getting food poisoning the receptionist was pleasant

Heat broke during the night. Hotel nothing as pictured. Staff was friendly.

Comfortable room, easy access, good desk service. Utility room next door was a bit noisy. But that's very minor.

I had a very mice 3-might stay. The room was clean & quite. The restaurant next door (there was an adjoining door that connect the hotel & restaurant) had a great breakfast for $11.99 plus tax & tips. I wish the room had a fridge. Also, the streets around the hotel were a bit deserted after 9 pm or so. However, this was a reasonably price option to NYC high room rates.

Had issue with the portable A/C and I called to report it and they said they would swap it out, they never did. I ended up fixing it myself.

The location is perfect! My partner and I came to NYC for a long weekend, so we chose this hotel because of the good overall rating and location. The hotel has a gorgeous rooftop with a magnificent view of Manhattan.
Several subway station are nearby, you can get to Manhattan within 15 mins.
Parking at the hotel was $30/night.
The overall room was good. We were not so lucky with he room right next to the gym and the elevator, but it was fine. If someone was at the gym on treadmill, we could definitely hear that and somewhat feel it because of the bouncing sounds.
Of not so good experience: we couldn't adjust the thermostat temperature. It was hot in the room 77F (25C), and our only options were to turn on the heat or cool to the preset 61F (16C). It was uncomfortable at times.
In the bathroom, the sink faucet was horrible. When you turn on the faucet, you get only ice cold water. In order to get some hot water you need to keep going until the stream is blasting everywhere. I hope they fix it! Very, very unpleasant experience every time.
The shower was good, no problems there.
The toilet paper holder kept falling because it wasn't secured, that metal thing fell on the tiled floor several times. This must be fixed!
Also, there was only one hook for the towels, which made it hard to dry them.

The staff was very friendly. The room was quaint a bit small and could use some modern touches. The hotel is a bit far from Manhattan, but easily reached using the subway, N and W trains.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Modern and clean rooms, and we somehow lucked out with a 9th floor room (908) with the MOST amazing view of Manhattan… it was incredible. Staff was fantastic and friendly, parking was available in the garage, and we were pleased with the location and places in walking distance. We enjoyed the rooftop bar (even in winter), and though we didn’t eat at the on site restaurant it was a nice perk. Value wise, this was the best place I have stayed at in so far in Long Island City. We would definitely come back.

Awful experience. Firstly, the hotel doesn't look nothing like the pictures. I paid $420 for 3 nights and didn't have heat for 2 of those nights. I had a "do not disturb sign on my door and the maintenance man had a key and tried to walk in and my daughter wasn't dressed. Didn't get any apologies just excuses. I talked to the manager and he said all he could do is give me a $50 credit, then had the nerve to state they'll give me a discounted rate to stay there again(hilarious). I hope none of you have issues at this hotel because they will not be fair and give you what you deserve. I will never deal with this hotel and will make sure none of my family and friends either.

The hotel was in a great location! Short walk to the subways and super easy commute to Times Square and Central Park areas. Would recommend!! Only thing is there is no refrigerator or microwave. So don’t bring anything that needs to stay cold

Customer service treated me like I didn’t belong there and when I asked for parking was told there was none the when they finally agreed to it there was 12 open spots … rooms and rooftop bar was great but I don’t. Like being treated like a second class person when the service lady was all happy and talkative with the guest in from of me

Excellent hotel! Fabulous staff, incredibly clean, room was great. Onsite restaurant was wonderful. The only thing was the ac does not seem to be big enough to cool the room adequately but most hotels I've stayed in Miami have the same problem. Overall, wonderful! Will stay again!

The front desk young lady and gentleman were very nice and friendly. The area was fine we didn't hear any noises. The elevators were clean. The outside and inside entrances were cleaned. The only thing the bathroom needs some updating, they also need new towels there was no tissues or lotion. We were given a handicap room the bathroom had a medical shower chair which looked old it shouldn't be there unless someone requests it. Overall I give them a four stars. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel in Queens but a little bit isolated

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, a lot of the things in the room were in need of repair or replacement. Many things were rusted, there was at least one tear in the bedding, and the grout in the shower was falling apart. The sink wouldn't drain, and the water pressure was horrible.

Not a place to get a peaceful nights. My wife and I spent two nights there before we moved to a different hotel.it was so noisy even around 2am when we had to complain to the front desk, all because of the Vista sky night club at the rooftop of the hotel. We wouldn’t go back there.

The staff was great and very willing to help whenever we needed. The view from our room was beautiful and the room itself was a good size for me and my fiance. However, the toilet in our room didn't work even after we let the front desk know about it. There was no fridge in the room so we had to throw out any food we didn't finish. There were no batteries in the TV remote, and when we did get batteries we were lucky if the TV would work for more than a minute without pausing or glitching.

The staff was wonderful. The downstairs cafe was pricey, but convenient. The rooftop bar was fun and the staff was accommodating. However, it closed at 12, not 2, on a Saturday night.
The rooms are small and need lots of updating.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities.

There was a portable air-condition for which the window had to be open and tapped off in places. Every morning I woke up with street workers loud equipment.
Extra Blankets had yellow stains (asked for a new one and second one was bad too)
Role Away bed was broken. Facility did not change it and charged us for it anyway.
Great access to subway stations.

I regret having to give this hotel a one-star rating. I paid $324 for a one-night stay, only to discover several issues. Firstly, the website didn't mention that there is additional parking fee and I get to know while check in, which was an unexpected expense. Upon check-in, I was given a small, poorly lit room with a foul odor, quite different from what I had booked. Surprisingly, there was no complimentary bottle of water, a basic amenity in most hotels.
Due to time constraints, I couldn't address these concerns right away but I did inform the front desk that night while retuned to hotel, they offered no immediate solutions which was frustrating.
To top it off, the attitude displayed by the front desk during check-out was unwarranted, just because I had raised concerns about the parking situation.
The hotel's website is misleading, and it's clear they don't provide accurate information or real pictures of their rooms. I would strongly advise against staying here and hope others can avoid a similar experience.

This is a very well staffed and nice hotel, close to subway (10 mins to Manhattan). I added an extra day to my stay and they were extremely helpful. There's new restaurants and coffee shops in this area and it's great that BW is now operating this hotel.

Safety issue.
The biggest concern about this hotel is that some stranger came to knock my room 3 am @ 09/12/2023, me and my spouse both in deep sleep, really scary thing, even we yelled to her to go away, she still continued knocking the door, lasted 10 mins, we called front desk, front desk indicated will send security right away but then no security showed up, we reported to day shift front desk during the day at same day 09/12, no one even knew what happened during the night, we told girl working in the front dest, please make sure tell the management, this is big safety issue with this hotel, but until 09/15, no one followed up with us, no one said a thing, me and my spouse very disappointed, so I have to post this review to warn other travelers be cautious with this hotel, it happed to other customers before from reviews and it will happen again because seems like no one from management cares.

Basically a nice, good-sized clean room (as it should be for the price), but no breakfast included, not good - again considering the price. They put us in the room opposite to the sometimes noisy icemaker and elevator. Neither proved a problem at night time. A coffee maker provided but they only ever left us decaff packs. Had to ask at the desk for real coffee. The bathroom is quite large and pleasant but short on counter space and hooks. Not a lot of options reasonably close to La Guardia (15 minutes depending), so overall satisfied.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful! Would stay here again
