Absolutely the best hotel stay I’ve had in the past month. The staff has accommodated me in every way I couldn’t be happier

Extremely noisy! My room was by the front and door slamming all night and people goin up and down the stairs shook my room ! Sheets where not the cleanest

The floor in our room was not totally clean. Some sticky spots. The bathroom sink was very slow do drain because of hair.

This motel is really dirty and it smells bad.

We were put in room 309, and it is laughably bad. I will say that the water pressure in the shower is really strong -the best of any Austin property I’ve been at. But, the condition of the room is pretty bad. And the bed is about 2 feet off the ground. The staff are lovely though!

We didn’t stay. We left. It was absolutely disgusting. Feces on the wall. No clean bedding. Dirty towels. We took pics and left absolutely repulsed.

The area wasn’t very good

Gross, dirty, and smelly. There were stains all over the sheets and blankets, as well as some weird brown liquid droplets in the shower and on the tub. Im by no means picky or anything like that. I can deal with the bare minimum, but this was pretty bad even for my low standards. It’s obvious the staff is doing everything they can (as in the front desk/managers). However, I’m not sure if the maids/cleaning staff is doing much of anything at all. So, the place is very run down and dirty and has a musty smell. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the property itself is in bad shape. I definitely do not want to stay there again. On a better note, the property and surrounding area is home to two wild roaming peacocks. That was a pleasant surprise that I really enjoyed seeing.

No water at the room or the facility

They're was some confusion with the reservation and the employee at the desk did a great job of getting it figured out.

A good value for the price paid. Barking dogs are annoying.

This property is quite solid for it’s level of comfort, location and pricing. It doesn’t require much for me to feel satisfied, and I can maneuver through “unsafe environments. I say that to highlight the fact that when you pull up it may come off a “certain way”because of its older appearance and possibly your perception. But I will say, this place is very professional, clean, and safe. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The front desk clerks are friendly, the showers are hot, my room was clean, the bed is comfortable, the employees maintain the upkeep with maintenance, and the ac unit is on point, as well. My only micro criticism is, your keycard may become deactivated and you’ll have to go to the front desk. I believe this is an occasional security procedure so it was all good. In summation If you’re looking for a simpler stay without premium amenities but at the same time getting more than what you paid for, check them out! Great stay.

Not very modern inside. The outside has had a facelift but the rooms are older ours wasn’t all that clean. Very few electrical outlets were available in our room.

It was one of the worst stays ever, dogs were barking alll night and it was so dirty and just not safe at all.

No towels and no soap in bathroom

It was convenient to our family. Room clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Only dislike back doors were kept open every time we came back to hotel. Would stay again.

I understand some hotels are not the finest, but being told the Full size bed is a Queen, or more accurately explained by the staff, that is our version of a Queen size bed is a poor start. Then the staff just wants to enter your room to clean, the first morning at 0930 in the morning. A bit early for most everyone, I believe. And on the 2nd day, the staff just walks in at 0900! no knock, nothing. Had to yell, no! Not time to enter! And the ridiculous security of the back door, or complete lack there of. This place will do if it is your only option but if you have the luxury of choosing, choose another place.

The room was clean. The refrigerator froze everything.

My room has an obvious water leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. There was black mold and the water continued to flow and drip. I used up the two sets of towels that were in the room because of the water. I spoke with the front desk attendant as soon as I walked in the door of the room. I showed him the problems and he said it happens and it’s due to the AC unit. He told me to stay in the room and when the manager gets back he would let them know to come talk to me. Well I never saw the manager and after two hours of waiting, I left the hotel. I believe I should be refunded for the room and this hotel needs to be flagged. I also took a video for proof of my complaint, if needed.

It was nasty. The bed stunk so bad of BO and smoke and i was in a nonsmoking room. Happy to leave

The hotel took my money, but sold my room. I showed up and was told they overbooked, and didn't have room for me even though I made the reservation 2 days in advance. And they still haven't given my money back.

Super humid room. Second time we have stayed at this hotel and the rooms have been pretty bad. Dirty sheets, old pillows, rough towels. The mattress moved a lot. The room was really small. I would not stay there again.

This place needs some TLC.

there is a lot of smokers and there smells tabaco everywhere even inside rooms

Site says queen bed, get there and its a full size. Would of been ok but i was traveling with a 2 year old. So not comfortable. People in the room next door had several puppies that barked all night long. And last but not least there was a septic/sewer problem the hotel had a bad smell.

The four days in the ice storm the rooms stayed very well warm inside.I was amazed how the rooms never got cold while sleeping.

Tried to book this Motel 6 while my county was in a State of Emergency and hadnt had power for 4 days. Was informed upon arriving that the hotel didnt have power either and didnt try to contact me because my area code in my phone number is not the local area code by the woman at the front desk. I asked for a refund and was told only hotels.com could do it since they were third party. Hotels.com informed me that Motel 6 has denied my refund. This hotel and website will take your money for providing 0 services in a declared state of emergency. Shameful and embarassing.

My key stopped working and the staff was unable to get my door unlocked for over 2 hours. This place is pretty rough
