Front desk workers were excellent. Very polite and friendly. Lots of helpful information. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Everything was very nice. The problem I had was the hot water for showering was inconsistent, especially early in the morning

The location is very convenient. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was nice, and large enough for a family of 5 with the pull out couch. Nice indoor pool also. Will stay here again.

Like the hotel, stayed before. Fairly new, safe, good breakfast. Disappointed my room smelled of cigarette smoke. AC was on unusually low temp (62F) for checkin. Really noticed cigarette smell as the AC was set to 72F. Housekeeping had to know. Some retraining to alert management to smoked in rooms is in order.

We LOVED our stay at this hotel! Very kid friendly & decorated lovely for the Halloween Holiday! Enjoyed the pool & hot tub; both were well heated & hot tub very hot! (2nd day there was something up with the pool/hot tub heater...but, they were working to efficiently to address the issue). Breakfast was great, but wished there were chocolate chips & sprinkles out for the pancakes. Overall Super & would stay again!

Nice quiet friendly staff

Over a stay of 5 nights our room was not cleaned for 2 consequtive days. The front desk claimed it shoudn,t have happened the first night and said it would be corrected. It was not. The same thing happened the next day. We had to take our trash to the front desk and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The woman we were dealing with at the front desk was very apologetic.I believe the problem was with housekeeping. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and were very satisfied. In the future we will be seeking other accomodations.

Rooms were very spacious. The only downfall was that our room was near the staircase and heard the door all night.

Hotel staff was great, hotel condition is Ok. My bed had a giant dip in it so it was uncomfortable.

We have stayed there before and had a great experience but this time our room was on the first floor next to the lobby and there was talking, yelling, and music blaring all night long. Also, though it was a suite, it was the smallest ‘suite’ we have ever stayed in and really is not a suite, just one room with no division between the beds and the couch/living space. Room was also dirty. Very disappointed.

I booked a suite that was not clean when we arrived. There was hair in the bathrooms, mildew around the tub, stains on the comforter set, crumbs on the sofa, holes in the mattress and mold when I went to put the sheet on the sofa bed for my children.

The whole experience was pleasant. Very clean. The pool was great. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good and fresh with plenty of choices.
