This was a last minute decision to stay here. We recently lost our home due to a fire and rented this room same night. Very clean room and excellent service from all staff. Friendly environment!

Property charged me 3 times. Carpet in 2 rooms soaking wet. Property won't give me my reward points. Double booked the room and someone walked in on me in the middle of the night. Front desk called at 9:30 pm and insisted I come down to straighten out their mistake. Sparse food, no milk on breakfast bar. Room by loud highway. Air conditioner was extremely loud. Staff unresponsive to the issues.

Place was very nice and clean. Being located by busy freeway, it was somewhat noisy while trying to fall asleep. However, the price was great for the awesome accommodations.

Great for a spur of the moment stay. Hwy 82 bypass was right outside and could hear traffic noise all night. Breakfast was awesome! All of the staff were friendly and great to joke with.

From the moment of checking in the desk clerk Darius was friendly, offered info on what I needed such as eating establishments, cocktails if I so desired, housekeeping policy. The info was very helpful. Every encounter with staff was a pleasant one. Will definitely stay at this property again.

First we were in a room with no pull pit despite booking one. Then our rooms pull out was single sized at best for two adult children. Then the bathrooms can never worked so the room smelled the entire stay. Also I booked this hotel because it says it has a hot tub and pool the pool was closed and the hot tub was across the parking lot at the Courtyard I should’ve just booked our room there!!

Online booking doesn’t match hotel booking availability, room tv didn’t work, front desk told me there was no availability when I walked in but I was able to book online for the same night which I think is crazy

I enjoy the area, but dislike the highway noise, my room smell like a cheap motel, the shower itself smell like, someone got sick, or was cleaned with a dirty mop/rag.

2nd time with a complaint that the room was NOT clean. The front desk clerk was not nice. No one ever called to check up even after emailing the manager. Then reported to Expedia like it was my fault I didn’t stay and wasn’t allowed my refund.

There’s 3 other hotels across the parking lot! After 12 hours of travel we arrived for check in. There was a sign at the desk that said the attendant would be right back. We waited & waited until the housekeeping attendant came & found the attendant with the orange hair. She checks us in & we go upstairs to find the room key doesn’t work. My husband goes back to the front desk & the attendant re-scans the key. We try the key again, it still doesn’t work. We call the front desk for assistance. The attendant answers, places us on hold, then hangs up. We lug all of our bags back downstairs & I let the attendant know that something is wrong with the door to which she replies “we don’t have any other rooms tonight”. She finally offers to come upstairs to assist only to use her hand held machine to let us in. Our room key still didn’t work. I let her know that wasn’t acceptable. She offered no solution & was zero help. She was more concerned with the FaceTime on her phone. Her recommendation was scan another key or we could ask for help at the desk every time we wanted in/out of our room. The new key got us in that night but stopped working in the morning. We dealt with that the whole next day until the day attendant finally called maintenance to resolve. We asked for towels, they didn’t have any. We went down for breakfast & there was a crowd because there wasn’t enough. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Spilled drinks were left in the elevator. This place is terrible.

When we got there to check in we couldn't, because we were told that the hotel was over booked. And didn't have any more rooms I booked this about a month out. And I think this is poor management. And no one didn't email me or call to let me know. And I hope that I will never have to book with Fairfield Inn again.

Good hotel. Reasonably priced. Staff isn’t overwhelming nice but not rude either. Outside is clean. Elevator could be wiped down. In my room the headboard had fingerprints on it and my sheet didn’t fit the bed and wasn’t even on properly to start. The shower had what appeared to be paint that maintenance could easily scrap up for better appearances. I like this hotel overall and have stayed 3x over the past 2 months, it’ll more than likely continue to be my go to.

The room was nice, but no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor. Breakfast wasn't bad. The shower curtain was too short for our tub, so water got everywhere.

I like the staff! I went in my 1st room and the smell of cigarettes was VERY strong! Apparently, someone was smoking in another room( non smoking rooms) and we was moved with no problem and she handled it professionally and with a smile. My 2nd room was awesome.

Group of VERY loud people in lobby. We calles front desk around 8:30pm and ask if it could be quieter. It was quiet for a few minutes then was even more loud. My huaband went to front desk around 9:30pm. The hotel employee was part of the loud group! It finally was quiet enough to get some sleep. Will NOT be staying thete again

Shower had not been cleaned. Used soap, shampoo, conditioner full of hair still on shelf in shower. Notified front desk. Did not offer a solution. No maid service, or room change said hotel was full. Stripped beds down and slept on blankets we had, figured the beds were probably not cleaned either. NASTY

I was a bit disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we were told that the "MasterCard on file was declined," (I don't even have a MasterCard) so we were charged almost $200 on top of the $160 we already paid. They said the charges would fall off after a couple days but that's $200 I can't use until who knows when. We were also not given any info about breakfast or checkout times when we arrived, and the breakfast info was nowhere to be found in the room or on the hotel's website. The in room AC unit had its instructions ripped off so we didn't see the wall thermostat until the next day. The hairdryer was also broken and took some messing with to get it to work. We booked a room with a king sized bed and bathtub and got a queen and a shower.Thankfully the room was clean and comfortable (all things considered), and staff was polite. I don't know if the issues we ran into were due to booking thru a 3rd party or what, but we're obviously frustrated with the stay.
