Stayed during the solar eclipse. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely room. Parking & breakfast were included

This was our second stay here, Canterbury suite both times. We love the old world charm of this property and the friendliness of the staff. Also the view can’t be beat. We did have an issue with the power going out at about 6am and it didn’t come back on until 7:29 that evening. We just decided it was a day to explore Canada and since it was cold it was definitely a hat day since there was no way to style hair. We did miss a day’s breakfast there but the staff was very apologetic, gave us some lanterns from the dining room to light up our rooms until we had power. It was never uncomfortable temps in our room as we had a window to open if it got hot or a gas fireplace to turn if we got cold. Stephanie, Wayne and Christina went above and beyond to make our stay great. We’ll be back someday.

The stay was picture perfect. The room was clean and ready for us. They had cheese tray and champagne waiting as well. Everyone was friendly and inviting. We will be back again for sure.

The staff was extraordinarily accommodating. Very friendly and willing to help in any way. The Bristol suite was comfortable and inviting. The goodie bag and cheese tray was a surprising extra.
The parking lot, however, was a disaster. It rained very heavily the whole two days we were there and when we went to get in our car to leave, it was like walking into a flood. There was no way to get to our car without our feet getting soaked. We understand the rain was not the fault of the Hotel, but maybe the parking lot could be worked on?
Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff was super friendly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was awesome highly recommended this hotel very very nice and clean great beds super shower and tub is amazing not enough words to say how great this place is the restaurant has amazing for will recommend for everyone to try this place thank you to the staff for being excellent

This was such a great place to stay. Totally unexpected. I hadn't realized the exact location when booking it and WOW.. what a surprise. It was a top notch experience from the time we arrived to when we left. Definitely 5 star. Totally worth what we paid.....

We had a great stay at Red Coach Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. We also had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant. Would definitely recommend for a nice little get away.

We loved the Inn, our room, and the restaurant. There was one unpleasant surprise. The room was on the second floor. There is no elevator which was not clear in the room description. Also, there is no service to help carry the luggage upstairs. You are all on your own for that!

Finding front entrance is tricky. Access to our room is through the seating area for the restaurant, a bit uncomfortable dragging bags while people are dining. Room was very comfortable and inviting. No falls view from first floor room, but fewer stairs since there are no elevators.

For what I spent $320.00 a night never made beds or cleaned room 1 Water in fridge Ordered towels and they droped them off outside door The girl that served us was GREAT Said you get chese platter and champane got cheese only

The Red Coach Inn is lovely. Quaint, historic feel, and so close to the raging waters of the Niagara River before the falls. So convenient too.

Rooms were in bad shape. Floor was squeaking and most of the furniture is not sturdy. Sofa and chairs had so many dirt and liquid marks. Washroom were not clean and had a foul smell.

An extra seating chair in the room would be welcomed but did not take away from our wonderful stay at The Red Coach Inn.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with The Red Coach Inn. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was beautiful! We loved the feeling of stepping back in time to Old England. In addition, you can't beat the location in proximity to The Falls and the downtown area where one can find restaurants, shops and more.

Charming, 100-year-old inn directly across from the State park entrance - easy to access Niagara Falls viewpoints and facilities - with an excellent on-site restaurant. Large, well-appointed suite with super comfy robes and other amenities. Complimentary cheese plate and wine in fridge.

Room furnishings were stylish, comfy. Loved the fireplace in the evenings. "River view" was oversold, really more like "river glimpse." Food was OK, service prompt and pleasant.
