Room was very clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable. There was a mini refrigerator and coffee

Room 211. Shower rod was hanging by a thread. We booked a room with a single king and got a room with two full size beds. Got a call an hour after check-in asking what the name on the room was because there had been a "mistake." Walls were a patchwork of repairs. Tub was filthy. Otherwise, the room was clean.

No breakfast or coffee, smelly, noisy, very unaccomodating, unsatisfied.

This is definitely a budget stay, but it was comfortable and clean. The bed was great actually. Could the rooms use a bit of an update? Sure. But it was just fine, and I didn't have any problems whatsoever. Especially if you just need a place to wash up and crash for the night, this place works. It is also pretty close to great hiking trails, as well as downtown sights and restaurants. Parking can be a bit difficult.

Motel is obviously aged. The security lock on the door was broken. Carpet was so stained and dirty we didn't dare take our shoes off. I imagine at sometime in the past it had been vacuumed, but not recently. Someone's car horn beeped an alarm all night. I guess it's ok for a bed and a shower, but we won't stay there again.

This was an ok stay. First the t.v did not work after the got it to turn on the volume wouldn't go up or down not a big slection of channels. I couldn't turn the t.v off unless i unpluged it then it didn't turn back on

Very nice place, a little dated but an excellent value for money. Beds were comfortable, service was great.

There was no hot water. The first shower started warm and went cold very fast. The second shower was cold right away and never went warm

Fine for one night. Id have moved hotels if it was more than one night. Night shift lady not very friendly or helpful. Didn't feel like i could walk without socks. Pillows were awful. Won't stay there again

Way cleaner than we expected from a cheap hotel, very calm and well kept. Would prefer this stay over a big hotel!

The room had cockroaches on the walls. The heater was noisy and would not turn off. The other guest were loud.

The hotel itself wasn't too bad. It was quiet and the location was easily accessible and central to lots. My only complaint in regards to the room was that the temperature controls were a little wonky. The unit only had freezing or really hot and it never shut off. Also - not related to the hotel itself but worth noting, the younger female receptionist at checkin was horrible. VERY rude, not so much as a hello when I walked in. Then announced my room number out loud with other people in the lobby which is a safety issue. She couldn't be bothered to tell me more than 'Your room is on the end that way' which wasn't true. We had to go around the front of the building to get there. Not a huge deal since it is small but just not a great first impression. The older lady in the morning was delightful at checkout though.

Nice people nice location

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 customer service. The room was dirty, there was recent shaven beard hairs in sink and used towel on the counter, but the room is very cheap so I didn’t mind as much.

The motel is in need of a remodel but it was an great option for the price we paid.

immediately after booking I realized a made a mistake on the day. Hotels.com tried working with the facility but they wouldn't accommodate the change . Ultimately i paid for the night even though I didnt stay and rebooked for the correct night. Some3times you have to be human to get a good review.

I was surprised to show up and see how dirty the place was. I took pictures of the mold that was in the restroom, to show the manager. When I called the office to tell them about the mold the gentleman just said "it isn't mold it is just fromt he humidity." I told him that is where mold comes from. Nonetheless, he did come to clean it up, and said he would grant a full refund for the room, which was really nice but at that point I decided to leave and find another hotel.

Check in was quick and the room was as advertised. It's great for the price paid. Love the location as it's near the freeway.

The people in the next room were very loud and prevented us from resting. They couple was fighting and kept slamming the door going in and out. Tried to inform the front desk but after 10 pm unless it’s an emergency or checking I. they ask not to be bothered

Cozy place for the night

The person at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all. The pool was clean but the hot tub was cold. The room was clean and comfortable

The price is good but it needs fixtures throughout repaired or replaced. Remodel needed.

Convenient location, no breakfast

A basic clean accommodation. Nothing fancy. I'd stay again if I needed to but it wouldn't be my first choice other hotels in the area are a bit nicer.
