We moved out of the area but return regularly to visit family and this hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is good and the staff is helpful and friendly.

check in was quick and easy. room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was good with many fresh choices. all the staff was super friendly, especially Barb. Will definitely stay there again when visiting our daughter.

I would recommend having a magnified make up mirror for guests. It’s difficult to apply makeup without this

Continental Breakfast was really good. The coffee creamer ran out the first morning so I assumed that it would be full the next morning, but it was still empty. When I ask the kitchen staff about it on the second morning, the reply was that they just didn’t have any. So I had to go to the nearest Dollar General store and purchase my own. On day three of our stay, the coffee creamer was still empty and it didn’t seem to be on any list of priorities.
The bathrooms had dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in pump containers, and our body wash and conditioner were out on the first day and we only had one towel, so I ask the maid for more towels and told her about the empty containers in the shower. She called someone on her cell phone, I assume a housekeeping manager, the lady was on speakerphone, and I told her what was missing in our room, and the housekeeper said that they did not have any more body wash. They were out of that as well.
The bed was one of the hardest beds that I have slept on in a long while. I compare it to the comfort of a pull out couch bed. My husband and I woke up sore each day.
The amazing continental breakfast each morning, the pool, and hot tub were definitely the shining stars of the stay.

The hotel rented where there breakfast areas in the middle of the entrance at night they were drinking and partying until 330 in the morning loud it was ridiculous

The girl that greeted me at the front desk for check in Sunday evening was wonderful. She was happy and kind and very helpful. The place was beautiful. My only complaints are the pillows aren’t very comfortable and at 3:15 am I was woken up by a trash truck gathering the trash next door. I realize that wasn’t the hotels fault but if you stay there on Sunday night don’t stay on the back side of the hotel.

This place was very quiet & clean. Nice hot tub & the pool water was warm. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. To top it all off, they are pet friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry baby at home. I would recommend for a nice stay. 🙂

Loved the cleanliness and the ease of getting on and off the expressway. Seems short staffed. Could not receive items needed in a timely fashion. Like extra pillows etc.

The least appreciated aspect of this stay was the inability at the time to provide additional towels as requested.
The best aspect was the on-demand immediacy of the hot water, and the wide variety of dining in the immediate area which was walkable.

Front desk Apparently didn't do the check in the proper way. Well, I got everything in my room. Decided to go to lunch. Come back cannot get in my room. To find out that they had someone else check in to my room. So have to go and get new keys made. Then later on that night the same thing happened again. Front desk would not give us any explanation at that time. Could not find us in the system would not give us any towels. Cause we were not checked in to the hotel. Then about 330 that morning. We had someone walk into our hotel room that they gave my room again to another guest. Overall just had a very had experience on how the hotel was managed.

The hotel was very well kept. The staff were very friendly and efficient and response to a problem with our tv was handled very promptly and professionally! The breakfast was very good and the staff taking care of the customers and the cleanliness of the breakfast room were top notch. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family.

Property is dated. No USB ports in the room, which is a huge inconvenience. Hot tub had a layer of oil/grease floating on top. Breakfast was pretty gross. Lots of areas that need to be improved.

I don’t have complaints other than, we didn’t have enough towels in our room and there were no towels in the pool are. The lady at the front desk was very timely and considerate when I had to go and ask for these items.

I like how clean it was and how the pool area was soundproof and how the food was good and the pricing was very reasonable. Also the lady at the front desk when we checked out was amazing I forgot her name but she was very nice

The customer service was top notch! The pool temp was perfect and very clean. The overall hotel was exceptionally clean considering there are renovations being done. The breakfast options and serving times were nice. My only complaint is the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Basically this place was fine. Except the hallways were mega hot. And lo and behold, at 1am, the fire alarm went off! I have NEVER HEARD such an ear piercing noise ever!! So, 2 ladder trucks, sheriff and fire chief came. Checked out the room that supposedly staorted the mess. Everything was just fine.

Didn’t know it was under construction. Saturday morning at 1:30 a.m. an ear blistering fire alarm started going off. The guests were evacuating when the staff said there was no emergency. The alarm went on for another 5 minutes forcing the guests outside. When I asked at checkout about it they said I booked through a 3rd party so go pound sand.

Well i paid for a king room and got a double. I went to front desk ,who told me they had available King rooms to switch me to. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot to be full. I was tols someone would contsct me the next morning about getting the appropriate room. Noone called me at all. My room was dirty and there were stains all over the floor and a roach in the mini fridge. I was very upset at that. When i went to check out , the manager said noone told her and she doesn't have access to email to read any emails about this. She said she would try to compensate me for the room, but have not heard from anyone yet. Very disappointing in Holiday Inn.

Everything was pretty good. There was a slight smell in the room but we werent sure if it was a wet musty smell or the kind of air freshner they used for the room. If it was the air freshner, they should definitely switch to a different brand. The breakfast was really good with alot of options & i like how the breakfast area was very open, they didnt try to stuff a bunch of extra tables in the area.
