This was an overnight stay for business. The check in was super easy, my room was very clean and the bed was, in the immortal words or Goldilocks, "just right" - not too soft, not too hard. I wanted to get a pizza delivered and the front desk person was extremely helpful. BEST of all, I had forgotten a bag when I checked out which contained my lock box with my money float in it. I didn't realize it until I was at the Market setting up my booth, I had to run back to get it and it was securely locked in the front office and nothing was missing. I really appreciate the honesty, it could have easily been an mini-disaster for me. Thanks so much!!!

Night clerk was rude and complaining

Was in town for a dog event, pet friendly was the primary reason I booked, with an affordable pet fee. Bed was comfortable, decent location. 15% discount at Denny's across the street.

Clean friendly

The room was not clean especially the floor. It looked like it had not been swept in a week

Rooms were clean Staff friendly and helpful. library within walking distance and some nice walks in the area.

Check in agent was fantastic. Rooms are older but clean. The hotel.is not fancy but comfortable. Gas station is next door for snacks etc. Good location

I booked a standard room for 1 person and had a pet. The person that checked me in was confrontational from the minute I walked in. Firstly telling me, with out my solicitation, that I get ripped off by booking through an on line agency because of the fees. Made me feel like an idiot. Then when I told her I had a pet she told me that I should have called ahead. I guess I should have but didn't realize I had to since it said that it was a pet friendly hotel. She proceeds to scold me and tell me that she will keep me in the room booked on the computer from the 3rd party but has to charge me for an up graded room. I'm like wait a minute I expect to pay for the pet fee of 10 but why am I paying 20 extra. She continues to attempt to explain because its for the extra cleaning etc. well that is why I pay the extra 10 fee. I was tired and just ended up paying it but don't feel it was appropriate. oh and that there was now a line up and she was saying out loud " oh great now I won't get to eat my dinner" . Seriously I used to manage a hotel and I've had many stays at hotels with and with out my dog. This was truly the wrong person for this front office job.
