Clean quiet and friendly staff

Our room was uncomfortably warm our entire stay. We made 3 separate inquiries to have the issue resolved and nothing was done. Unless you like sleeping in a sauna do not stay here.

One of two elevators were did not operate. The lights in the bathroom were not very bright, specially at the mirror for shaving purposes. There was no full length mirror available to use. After 10 PM there were adults and kids playing games in the hallway and were very noisy.

All around great place! Staff excellent!

I didn't like the King bed we had. I could not sleep on it. We changed rooms the next morning.

There was only 1 elevator working. The stairs did not lead to the lobby. There were dead flies in my room.

Close to a lot of shops and restaurants

Great room in a beautiful town. I loved that they have us enough towels and soap without having to ask and the rooms was spacious, modern and clean.

Seems like it has been there for 30 years without a refresh. Paper thin walls, you could hear the next room putting a can of coke on the table. Parts of ceiling crumbling. Didnt seem like a Hilton.

My stay was fine. Bed, not great, but everything else was good. One young lady at the front desk was more preoccupied with her computer than with my needs, but otherwise, everyone was pleasant, accommodating and professional. The breakfast was very good.

Challenging to locate when driving in

Room was nice and roomy. Bathroom supplied well, quiet. Girl at front desk was probably new but she could has shown more personality. Smile and look with eye contact. The customer is to be treated with respect. Had dinner at Hotel which was very good and server was working hard and pleasant.

Walls on first floor are thin. Could hear dog next door all night along with dog owner guest snoring.

The hotel was as expected for a property of this caliber. Breakfast should be included in the Orbitz rate..

We always try to stay at a Hilton properties. We have never been disappointed.

The HVAC unit and associated technology are awful. The room temperature was never satisfactory for sleeping.

The girl checking me in was not pleasant in the last. No smiles, no thank you, was hard to communicate with. My experience was echoed by two other gentleman I spoke with.

Minute from highway, great reception. Cons: room needs update. Cracked ceiling, dated wallpaper.

Very noisy AC unit or outdoor units under window of 2nd floor. No way to keep shower water from going all over the bathroom floor

The king room was old tired and serious need of a paint job or remodel, the couch was filthy and stained and it also had some type of physical dirt leaves or something on it. The closet had a piece candy wrapper on the floor.

Close to shopping and Pittdburgh to see the pirates play

Main part of hotel was clean and everyone was super friendly. Tim and Jack at the front desk were wonderful and most accommodating. Marlon was also extremely pleasant! Parking was easy and even though the hotel was packed you could still find a parking spot. The only down fall for me here was that no one cleaned the stairway for the 3 nights were there, it was caked with frosting from some kids that were staying there and water bottles kind of littered about. The other issue is the construction that is going on right in front of the hotel now. And again, it's not their fault however i have a feeling something is going to be built there that will be fairly tall and block the current beautiful view from this hotel unfortunately. I would definitely recommend this place hands down for anyone looking for a place to say in a beautiful superb outside of Pittsburgh.
