We stayed for 2 nights, and everything was great! I was worried about the beds being comfortable, as I usually like to stay at a higher-priced hotel for the beds- and they were so comfortable! The rooms were nice- breakfast was good- and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our early mornings- making us a to-go free breakfast!

The bathroom had ants. Our alarm woke us up at 0600 - the cleaners had forgotten to turn it off. It’s been almost a week since my stay and they have not refunded the hold on my credit card either. I will not be staying at any best western locations again.

The breakfast was a good continental breakfast and the pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was not very friendly and the rooms were noisy and the beds were not very comfortable. I asked for a late checkout on Sunday and they said I could stay an extra half an hour (until 11:30) and even wrote my room number down. At 11:15 the housekeeping came and asked why we hadn't left yet & I told them we had a late checkout & then the front desk called within 2 minutes and I told her the same thing. There was a door that went outside that was not locked and anyone could wander into the hotel and this was after 9:00PM. I did not feel safe there with my daughter and will never be back.

What stood out was the kindness of the man who greeted us as we checked in late at night. We were tired. The weather was not great. It was just really pleasant to have the interaction we did about our room, our needs for our stay, etc., from someone who was a genuinely warm person, not just wrote customer service.

Property door was broken and had to be pulled open manually. Lobby, some hallways, and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, especially when running the bath fan and heaters. Disgusting and did not get better over our two night stay. No toiletries were in room upon check-in. Would have changed hotels, but due to inclement weather and travel delays. No nearby rooms were available. The only upside was that the bed was comfortable.

The stay was about average, the breakfast did not have very many healthy options and the room had somethings broken (toilet paper holder coming out of the sheetrock). But overall it was clean, maintained, and the staff was pleasant.

Excellent stay, clean, friendly helpful staff. Only complaint was the large 1 inch gap between the floor and the front door. We could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway.

We were supposed to go to a show at the casino but it got rescheduled. Our room was clean and very nice. The staff were wonderful . We will stay again.

The property was close to shopping which was great, rooms were large, and pool was open. However, our TV did not work, our wifi would not connect and the phones to the front desk did not work.

We stay at this particular Best Western in Auburn, WA quite often(approx 5-6 times a yr), because of the comfortable beds and pillows. The others in the area don't compare to the price, safety, and comfort as this one, and they try hard to keep their guests happy. The only bad thing I could think to say about this trip was the thundering footsteps and squeals of young kids above our room around midnight, but that is not the hotel's fault. We will be back again real soon!

After we checked in and went to our room there was a do not disturb sign on our door. I went to the front desk and the staff member did not know who was in the room. She was helpful and found us another room but my guess is they may need to train their staff a bit more on checking people in and organizational skills. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Super clean, great breakfast including a multiple juice dispenser and a fancy coffee maker. Most notable was the friendliness of every single staff member. At breakfast, people were helped with a smile if they forgot to turn over the waffle maker, and all the food was continually monitored and kept hot and fresh. The staff seemed to enjoy their work and to be proud of the quality they provided.

The building is old. Staff keep it clean the pool is great but from how old it is it looks dirty or maybe it is dirty. Paid for the Mountain View and we got a tree right in front of our window. It is conveniently located. Close drive everywhere. Driving in you have people living in cars but they didn’t seem to have bad intentions we just parked in camera view in case anything happened. Staff are great. So much food during breakfast too!

The room was clean & spacious, the amenities were very good, the free hot breakfast was very tasty and the water in the shower was hot with good pressure & drainage. The only suggestion I would make is trading in the small toiletries for the larger in shower dispensers hotels are using now - the tiny bottles are just not enough for multi-day stays.

The front desk receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. She didn't mention how to get to the elevator or what floor we would be at. Pretty much didn’t give any details. The room had spots of mold in the roof of the bathroom. The toilet also didn’t work correctly and made noise most of the night. The towels had some hairs in it also. The only excellent thing was the breakfast.

The hotel room was clean & bed was comfortable. They are doing some updates, so there were some “wet paint” signs and contractors around, but that didn’t impact our stay at all.
Breakfast was quite good. One of their staff was making breakfast burritos fresh every morning.
The team at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. Every single interaction was pleasant.
Indoor pool & hot tub was a nice relief after traveling all day.
Hotel is located in an industrial area, but is east to get to and close to the highway. Lots of food and coffee places within a 2-3 min drive.

I normally stay here often on my trips to Auburn and am usually very happy with each experience. This time was pretty bad. I'd booked the room a month in advance and they can usually get me in early if I arrive early, but weren't able to. However I was told I'd have to pay an early fee if I came before 4pm, even though my reservation contract clearly says 3 not 4. I told the manager I don't appreciate the surprise fee, she informed me I should have been charged extra the month prior on my previous trip. Then when I return at 4 she informed me it's a new rule as of a week ago. She can't keep her stories straight! I use a walker, and was put in a non ADA compliant room, with a toilet so low you have to hold the door to sit down. I still like the hotel but they need to work on customer service and honesty regarding fees and new policies. They also need to be more accommodating towards handicapped and disabled folks.

The. Desk clerk was rude, had to wait way to long to check in, nowhere to walk to any store or restaurants. Other than that, it was quiet, had nice gym and great breakfast

Property was nice, clean, and staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was it’s in kind of an industrial neighborhood, no restaurants or anything that a person could walk to. It was an easy on/off of hiway though.
