Nice size room, but they didn’t give you any sheets, blankets, or pillow cases for the pull out couches they advertise in the suites. The king bed were hard as a rock, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in months (sand and dirt piles on the corners, and every day we had to have our room keys reprogrammed. If you want semi cheap and quiet it’s your hotel.

Shower head was loose and you couldn’t adjust it at all.

Beds flat uncomfortable Cold no matter what we did it stayed cold, just run down I had surgery and left next day didn’t want stay in that room being in pain and uncomfortable

Nice staff, nice room. Very quiet and peaceful. Only downside is no bathtub but a very nice shower. I wish there was more lighting but that is a personal preference. Overall it was a nice comfortable stay.

Very clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and easy to find.

Lounge wasn’t open. Hot tub was closed. Disappointing for kids who wanted to swim.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious ,very clean, beds were well made with crisp beddings and comfortable. Love the bathroom too.

The air exchange system was extremely noisy. Was advertised as a tub-shower combo but ended up a shower only. Nice otherwise and property priced.

The hallways and elevator were dirty. Bathtub was not cleaned well. The hot tub did not work. There was gravel in the hot tub and pool. The pool deck looked and felt like it hadn’t need cleaned in a long time.

Wonderful place to stay - just wish I had some fresh fruit options at breakfast- so obviously I had a great stay! If all I can say is I need fruit - I must have had a good time - cmon stay here and enjoy your time here in the big city of Bismarck!

Had connecting rooms. The room my daughter, granddaughter and great grandson were in there was NO heat and NO warm water. Called front desk 3 times but no one ever came to fix it! I want my money back!!

It was okay for the price. The best part of my stay were the quality of the pillows.

Furnishings and bed were quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was not stocked adequately.

inexpensive stay and a very nice hotel

Stayed in a king suite large open space. Bed was nice and comfortable. Besides tub faucet being not sealed to the wall. Some new carpet or a floor scrubber on it wouldn't hurt. Wallpaper peeling in one area. Otherwise not bad. I work in the oilfields so I'm not gonna whine and complain like most people.

Lack of staff. Never got clean towels and room was never “refreshed” by housekeeping.

BreAkfast doesnt start till 7am.Asked for a late check out since it was -22 below.Gave us a additional hour.

I was really sad about our stay here. This hotel looks nice but the upkeep is not there. A lot of dangerous items in the room between the exposed outlet and the multiple broken tiles in the bathroom. The shower lip was broken as well so water from the shower went into the entire bathroom. A light was out in the entrance to our room. Pillows were tiny. Some quality things were that our heater worked, sheets were clean, and the front staff was friendly. Overall I would not stay here again due to cleanliness/safety. Oh and the hot breakfast was waffles you could make yourself. 👎

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 8 years. We stay multiple times a year whenever we travel to Bismarck. After this last trip, we will be finding a new hotel. At check-in the staff was more concerned with getting back to the lounge area to watch football then anything else. The room was musty and smelled like body odor upon walking in. There was no linens, blankets and pillows for the pull out couch for the kids. Nothing around the hotel really felt clean. Along the walls and floor was just dirty everywhere. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. If you could even call it that. The eggs were orange, hard in spots, and the sausage was like rubber. Thankfully there was a waffle maker, however, after the first day there was nothing to put on the waffles. On the 2nd day i made a waffle and upon making it, realized there was no syrup or anything to put on the waffle, except peanut butter. I went up to the front desk and they came back 5 minutes later with a bowl of cherry pie filling to put on my waffle. There was some bagels you could have eaten, but then no cream cheese. It just really sucks when you are traveling with 2 small children and the breakfast is inedible. We ended up just getting fruit and muffins from the grocery store for them to eat. We were just there 2 months ago so whatever has happend to this place, it appears we arent the first to notice. It used to always be a full parking lot, but there was like 10 cars overnight.

Everything was great with the exception of the complimentary breakfast. No juices provided only water, tea or coffee.

Bed was squeaky, water stopped in the bathroom sink, hot tub didnt work, only 1 elevator worked, ice maker didnt work, pool and hot tub were dirty.

Parking lot was solid ice, hot tub was broken, bathroom faucet broke, juice machine was broke.

Nice stay, no real surprises. The water pressure was weak in the shower and the breakfast was the same all five days. People were pleasant,

The property is well lit and clean, we were met with friendly staff, who was very helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have any funky smells. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds, they were hard and just not very comfy.

My husband and I were ready for another day of long drive after breakfast, but discovered that we were locked in our room 305 on the third floor in the early morning of Tuesday, Dec 12. Tried to call front desk but found that the phone did not work. My 75-year-old husband crawled down on all fours but could not even found the phone jack (see attached picture). I called front desk on my cell, and Christine came up to help us. After a few attempts, she told us she had to come back again with another key. Finally the door was opened and we were relieved. It was really scary for these two septuagenarians! What if there was a fire!? Anyway, Christine was friendly and efficient, and told us that we were entitled to a full refund. Also, it was lucky for us that I had a U.S. cell phone. If my husband had to call front desk with his Canadian cell, he would be charged long-distance.
