We har a large spacious bathroom, even bu American standards. They restaurant was fantastic. But the real star of the show was the bakery and confectionery.

Breakfast was lovely, nice atmosphere, the walls in the rooms a little thin.

The bakery at the hotel was great. Very convenient next to the airport.

I liked the whole experience in this hotel..... friendly, confident, helpful, lots going on and a beautifully stylish hotel with great staff. The manager was a chilled out fella who was friendly and full off warm conversation ready to help. Eventually I (We) will be back

I booked a room in this hotel with queen size bed. Instead I have been given a room in the house next door, with a single bed. I did not appreciate at all. The decoration is pretty nice in the lobby (which is also a pastry shop). Restaurant is quite good too. Wifi is really poor. I could not read my emails. Only chat with friends on Messenger. Decoration in the room is really old fashion, with peach/salmon coloured walls. Many of the lamp bulbs were out of order. I dis-recommend this hotel, even if staff is friendly.

Seriously one of the best hotels in the Frankfurt area. They just don’t have parking. But the service was fantastic and the hotel was lovely and quite and beautiful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay

Hotel is close to Frankfurt. Parking is free. The staff is nice.

Food, drink and staff all excellent as always. I have been to Neu-Isenburg for business a couple of times now and stayed here - I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Only 20 min from Frankfurt Messe, this was the perfect place to stay. Everything here is amazing, service, food and and room - Exactly the kind of place you need when you are staying away from home and have a busy schedule during the day.

I did not enjoy the breakfast at all as the staff lied to me about what is included in the breakfast. I mostly just enjoyed the pool. Room was ok. Hotel is about 30 mins from downtown where the attractions are.

the hotel was very good but I was disturbed by the noise. The room I was in was brand new, in a part of the hotel recently renovated. Nice and comfy. Onsite restaurant. Service is professionnal. All in all a good place. Only problem is that I did not sleep well, even with ear protection : until 11PM and from 5PM, planes are taking off or land every 2 minutes. The noise is not dampened enough by the builing unfortunately. If you don't mind the noise, then the hotel is perfect. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding the area as it is directly parallel to the airstrips.

The hotel does not have a common space, and check-in was 6pm, since the check-in desk is in the restaurant which closes during regular business hours in Germany. The restaurant staff was not nice, when having breakfast there. The room was clean, but no coffee machines...

VERY nice hotel. Fabulous restaurant with great dinner and great breakfast. Easy drive to the airport. We thought we were headed in the wrong direction as the Hotel is in a residential neighborhood! Across the street is a lovely walking path.

The hotel is located closed to a wooded area, great for a morning walk or jog. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of cold meats and cheeses, baked goods and fruit. They also served bacon and scrambled eggs. Normal coffee was available as well as Espressos etc. The only real downside is that the hotel is located directly under a flight path in to Frankfurt Airport. If you are a light sleeper this may not be ideal for you..

Very nice place, spotless, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Only one complaint, but frankly it was our fault due to ignorance. This was our first night in Europe and we did not understand how the windows worked. We could only open them a crack. The room was at least 90F. No A/C, which is not unexpected. We were jet-lagged and exhausted. They got us a fan, but it was tiny and we were absolutely miserable. No sleep. At 5AM we finally figured out how to open the windows fully and then it was wonderful.

Very nice restaurant - super dinner and breakfast. Friendly service. Nice to have the family atmosphere in the hotel but also a pool and small exercise room.My room did not have air-conditioning, in some parts of the year that may be an issue - even fans would help.

Exceptional German Hospitality. I grew up in this area and was very happy to finally have a chance to stay here. I did not try the breakfast buffet ( about 13€) or restaurant, since my mother lives in town.

I had to spend the night at Frankfurt airport and unfortunately there were many hotels booked. I found this hotel and it was unexpectedly surprising! The patio area leading to the front of the hotel is cozy with little fires and chairs. The staff was just brilliant. They even came up to deliver a complimentary pastiere from the large assortment that decorates the entrance of the hotel --or is it a bistro or a pub? Well, it is all in one! I will definitely go back. Only issue is that you need a taxi to get to the hotel and that is €25 each way... I wish the hotel was close to a train station or some public transport. But then again, it gives it a feel of remoteness even though it is 15 minutes from FRA.

Hotel was clean staff very friendly. close to the train station (10 min walk). I would stay there again. Stayed with 17 yo son.

This hotel locats in a residential area. Therefore, there are not any restaurants within working distance. But, on the ground floor there is a good one.

We stay at the Wessingers every time we visit Europe. It is always perfect and very comfortable. I must resist the wonderful pastries though.

It was a bit expensive!

Excelent rates and proximity to places

I stayed in room #117 at this hotel. The room was not as described. The website and confirmation email clearly show I booked a room with air conditioning. Both the hotel and the room listing clearly state there is air conditioning available. There were no AC controls in the room and there was no air coming out of the only vent in the wall. The room did not have any AC. It was very hot (May in Germany) and I had to sleep with the window open, which was very difficult because of the noise from the nearby airport, and the incredibly strong smells from the kitchen directly below, of fried chips until 1AM and of bread starting at 5:30AM. Also there were half-naked drunk frat boys running around in the corridors, ramming doors, and playing with fire extinguishers until 1AM. It was definitely the worst night of sleep I've had at any of the 80 or so hotels I've stayed at in the last year. I went to the front desk in the morning to complain but there was nobody there. I emailed the staff to complain but they never responded. I am Hotels.com Gold and emailed them too - but got no response. Now pursuing a chargeback claim with my credit card company.
