Stay for the night before our cruise. We were able to stay here and had dinner at the mall behind the hotel. Nice room and breakfast included.

I had booked a suite but because I arrived before checkin time (4pm), they offered me a junior suite that didn’t have a balcony. I agreed to the room change, but instantly wished I waited the 3 hours for the actual suite I anticipated getting. The service was great, staff friendly. The shower was not as clean as it could be. The shower head was damaged n leaking. Water pressure wasn’t that great. The bed was not comfortable and made a lot of noise when you’d make the slightest movement. The couch looked like it had some pet hair on it which was a put off. Other than that, the stay was ok. I was there for 4 nights. Plenty of closet space, I liked the sink being in a separate space from the toilet n shower, and I liked the fact the mini fridge actually worked and kept my drinks cold.

I came to the property for three nights and the first night I arrived the hotel was oversold. We arrived 1030pm and there was no attempt made to notify me prior to driving from the airport to Bayamon just to be told I was moved to Hyatt in San Juan and had to drive back. I was told that a big taxi from the other Hyatt was already called for all the displaced customers and would arrive 11pm. There was no taxi that came, the other Hyatt does not even have a big van and in the end we had to pay for our own Uber to get there. Not a good experience!

The sink had a leak in it and they didn’t have a maintenance man at night. So they gave us a bunch of towels to put on the floor. Plus when we arrived the key would not work and they had to call the maintenance guy to put a new battery in.

This hotel was farther from the airport and pier than I thought it was. Even with that it was a nice room, quiet, safe, very hospitable, and an excellent breakfast included. Staff were very helpful. Take an Uber rather than a taxi service as it will be much cheaper.

Our room had mold on the wall. Water pressure was horrible, unable to fill bathtub, because the water was cold by the time it even covered the bottom of the tub. Worse Hyatt hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

What we did not like was the area around this very good hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel cafe was pretty good for the price (a free buffet breakfast is included in your stay). The music (karaoke) on Friday night was too loud and made checking in challenging to hear the front desk staff.

cleaning service skipped my room and when I asked for towels since the room wasn't cleaned, I did not get any until the following afternoon.
Staff takes too long to replace empty dishes during breakfast time which result in a very long line for breakfast.

I stood from Thursday to Saturday my room was never cleaned. But the staff was amazing even the people i saw cleaning rooms and around the hotel. Absolutely amazing personalities, made me feel at home. Had a great time thank you, give every one raises!

The room was very spacious, well-maintained, clean and quiet (ours room was on backside). The included breakfast was good and breakfast area is very spacious. It’s very close to some shopping options ( convenience store, Walmart, mall). Lobby is nice and staff was very friendly. Casino and restaurant on property was convenient. The downside was no microwave in room, outdoor pool is small, no availability of coffee or juice in lobby (like in some hotels) except for breakfast time. There are no outdoor facilities for activity.

The reception service was really good, but when I got to the room I saw the tables were cover in dust and the bathroom smell so bad giving me the impression that they just change the bed sheets and didn’t clean the entire suite well

Property was fine, but housekeeping was very sporadic, the AC was noisy and the service was average at best. No valet parking so it was a trek to get the car every day. The breakfast was the high point, the pool is small, but serviceable. The location is convenient, but there are too many cons to fully recommend it.
