Newly refurbished old style model. Everything was in excellent shape. Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower was nice. Bed was comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate.

We had a great room, a 2 queen suite. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered various cereals, biscuits and gravey, sausage, egg, yogurt, fruit, milk, juice, coffee. We did have to pay a $50.00 deposit and got it back at check out after the room was checked, which I think is a great idea. We would highly recommend the Relax Inn and Suites. Travel location is on 62, literally just off I24.

This was our second stay at Relax Inn & Suites. Extremely clean rooms, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. The pillows could be a bit fluffier and the shower head is a little low but neither of these are of major concern! After we left and they were cleaning our room, they found that I had left a phone charger. They actually went the extra mile and called me to see what I wanted to do! We will be staying here any time that we are in KY visiting family!

The room had been updated and the bed was comfortable and warm (in December). The only minor complaint was that the shower curtain had a slight odor of mold or mildew.

We stop here for a night a few times a year when traveling to Lexington. Consistent quality of service and good value for the money. Staff is always courteous and professional in manner.

Beds were super comfortable. Good overnight stay on our way across country.

We were so comfortable at this Relax Inn!! The beds gave us a good night's sleep and everything is so clean and fresh. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. We will stay again, for sure!!

The best place to stay around the Ky lake area

It was a okay motel, don't expect any amenities at this place.You will need to drive a few miles to get items you may need. Very quiet as there is nothing around. Only two other guests besides us. The front desk people were friendly.

The bathroom was terrible. I had to bend over to rinse my arm pits in the shower.

We reserved a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. Unfortunately the motel was fully booked and we could not be moved.

Very clean. Large enough room to relax and enjoy some television before bedtime. They also had a pretty good small hot breakfast (eggs, sausage and biscuits !) Not to mention a variety of cereals and pastries. We really like these motels that you can back your vehicle right up to your door. The ac was also pretty quiet. Much more value here than most of the chain of hotels that we’ve stayed at.

Nice place to stay just off the Interstate. Great rate. Great room. Clean. Bed was comfy. Nice amenities added.

At check-in a $50 deposit was required for any potential damages. While I thought this was odd I was desperate for a room during the holiday weekend and few were to be found. I settled for a pet friendly room even though I didn't have a pet. The room seemed clean enough but smelled really bad. A quick trip to CVS for air freshener fixed that. The 1st night I could not sleep due to a cat meowing outside my room. I went to the front desk the next morning for towels for that evening. They asked if I wanted the room cleaned. I told them it wasn't necessary since just there to sleep and shower. They said hang a DND sign on the door to let housekeeping know. Before coming back that night I got cat food and put outside hoping to keep the outside cats quiet. I picked up what was left the next morning and put inside my trash can. After check out, the Inn called me and said they had found the cat food and cat hair in the room and I would be charged the $50 deposit for having a pet. I explained the situation of the strays outside my door but they insisted otherwise. So much for their advertised surveillance of the property or they would have seen me take the food out and pick it up the next day. The owner made some very strong accusations toward me. Lesson learned: never book if pet friendly room if you don't take a pet; take your trash with you since there could be incriminating evidence lurking in it; always wears flip flop since housekeeping sees more hair than you .

I always feel very welcome & comfortable at Relax Inn. It is very clean and in great shape. A very pleasant stay!

My wife and I stayed for an overnight getaway. We just wanted to be in the lake area and it is very convenient to that area. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and smelled very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We needed to stay in this area and I booked this hotel because of its rating. Especially based on the pictures, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was fast and efficient, parking was close and easy, and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely return if we're ever in the area again.
