Place was disgusting and not as described in pictures there were holes im walls, beds, and even floors it literally felt like a horror movie I left immediately. Needs immediate renovations in TLC.

I needed to rent a place for my son to stay for the weekend so he could rest. These photos are not an accurately representation of the room 115 that was given to me. It was a dirty, the wall paint was chipping on the right side of the bed, the picture hanging on that wall the glass was broken. The tv was not working with the remote given. The motel is located in a central area close to a lot of things.

Bed was clean and adequate. Sheets almost transparently thin. Two dilapidated armchairs and badly chipped floors. But it was a cheap place to sleep in the right location for my trip.

This INN was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I wanted to sleep in my car before laying on the bed. The blanket had cigarette holes in it, the sheets were dirty and not like it has a stain on it was filthy with hair strands and dirt. I couldn’t sleep in my car because at night it was so unsafe, people banging on the next door all night. The bath was dirty with dirt so were the towels again more than just a stain. We left a day early and just went home I was so uncomfortable sleeping there.

The property was filled with un presentable individuals. Felt unsafe & it was the worst experience. The room was filthy & had roaches, was only there 10 minutes & we decided to leave that premises!!! Can’t believe Expedia has such property in their listing!!

Very Dirty gross place!! Shower curtain has black mold all over it, shower drain full of other guest soap chunks, linen old and stained, Tv didn’t work, writing and tagging all over walls, walls are very dirty,,night stands missing drawers, big gap under door had bugs coming in, front door was busted like someone had broke in to the room no phone. The picture online of the room was very deceiving looked nothing like it definitely didn’t feel safe will never stay here again they should be shut down

I did NOT feel safe due to the location. I slept with one eye open my first night due to outside activity. After hearing someone scream, "Help me!" it was very difficult to go back to sleep. Sat on the commode and almost fell over due to it not being securely attached to the floor. Bedspread had several tears and burn holes. However, the owner was pleasant, friendly and attentive.

Our bed had what looked like dog hairs on the sheets, so we requested a room change. But even then our new room had a huge red stain on the side of the bed, the pillows had a terrible smell, the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty, and the water would leak all over the floor while we showered.

It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. We were going to stay 4 nights but had to check out and find another motel. It was so dirty, the room looked vandalized. Very sketchy people there.

Black Mold Health Hazard. I left after 2 hours of being in the room. I am reporting them to City of Long Beach authorities as a public health hazard.

The air-conditioning worked well, but found out it leaked a lot upon waking up and getting out of the bed there was a puddle underneath it.
There room looked like there was a fire that took place inside the phone was melted, the shower handle wasn’t even connected, the rod for the curtain of the shower was coming off. There the bathroom door had big cracks on it. The bed had hole in the blankets and the air filter in the air conditioning was filthy, filled with dry stuck gunk. The table looked burnt and the chairs were black when the sides show it supposed to be gray. However, the sheets were clean on the bed.

It was not a good condition,the room it's self was in really bad condition at that motel! Well never going back to the Rocky Inn Motel!

There were holes in the wall the phone was burned and not useable, they weren’t towels , and late at night some stranger kept knocking on my door I will not ever stay here again

First off when you open the door it smells like stale cigarettes. Secondly it has roaches that was found when i opened the broken down rotten food smelling refrigerator. It is is just gross.

It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either, however you get what you pay for and it's most certainly affordable.
Beds were on the firm side and the motel is starting to show it's age. The cleanliness was excellent however.

This place was absolutely disgusting! Cockroachs coming out of the microwave. Cockroachs all of the tub. The room stunk like old mildew. Avoid this place - sleep in your car!

Very loud surroundings. You can hear everyone's business happening outside your door, and by busineess I mean some street pharmacy shenanigans were going down.

hot water took more than 5 minutes to get to the shower. Also found better rates for this place after I had already made the reservation and paid in advance

The place smelled like cigarretes eveywhere, including The bed, pillows, bathroom, parking lot.
There was a non stop stench of people smoking pot all night long.
The filters in the AC unit appeared to have never been cleaned before.
They refused to give a copy of the folio at checkout.
