Each room should be gone through for proper fixing.

Place was dirty, was missing a blackout curtain in room 201 so the street lights shined into our room. Breakfast was okay not the best I have had. Bed was really comfortable just wish we didn't have lights shinning in our face all night. Ultimately it served its purpose we were in town for a concert we were in the room very little.

The property is very old and it shows. The shower dripped all night long. The area under the sink had not been cleaned in many many moons. Hotel does not look to be well maintained.

The property was not maintained. The grass was high and trashy. The elevator was filthy and didn’t work half the time. I lost my room key, went to the front desk to get another, without even verifying who I was she just handed me a room. How did she know I really was in that room. Manager was rude.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed one night while traveling with two small dogs. Check in was pleasant and efficient. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely choose this Sleep Inn again.

The stay was okay however their was limited towels and instead of sending workers up with new towels I had to call downstairs and then go get them myself. They did not give us enough so I had to send daughters down to get the others. The computer did not work, which I was told before it was. I had to put a deposit down on top of the price for the room which I was not informed of so now I had almost 300 pending on my account that has not been released yet. I was not told about a deposit just I had to pay for one night to hold the room for two nights and the the 2nd night I would get charged once I got there. so instead of getting charge 580 on my card I got charged almost 800! Children running around upstairs. I do not think I will be using them again but it was a trip for kids to go to OWA.

Floors wasn’t clean

Front desk staff was very nice and attentive upon arrival! The rooms could’ve been cleaned a lot better! When we first got there I noticed medicine that was on the floor, showing me that it had not been swept. There was also dead roaches in the bathroom. The toilet paper in the bathroom was also not changed, we ran out that day. The beds we’re comfortable and the microwave and fridge was a great accommodation. Large selection of channels on the TV and the Wi-Fi was okay. The front desk clerks at night are not informative! I needed change for the washer and dryer and she said she didn’t know if the dryer worked, it intact did work! I asked for extra towels she said they had none to give out. Breakfast was okay, it was just a grab and go type thing. Only thing good was the waffles. Roaches are also bad, we seen at least 3 live ones I n the two rooms we had. And there was also one on the wall of the hallway I saw as I was walking to the laundry room.

Great accommodations comfortable bed slept like a baby. Definitely would recommend

This property has been beat up. Rooms are really worn but the one I can not stand is filth. We changed from our originally assigned room because it had an overwhelming smell of urine. Our second room did not smell as bad but the bathroom had not been cleaned. The towels had hair in them. There was urine stains on the toilet where the toilet connects to the floor around the bolts. It was generally terrible. We didn’t check in till after midnight. We had no other options but to stay.

Room smelled of body Oder and old food, no closet bar for our hanging clothes and dresses. Room was very humid even with AC running. Floor was dirty. Phone in room did not work. Bathroom door did not close all the way for privacy. Trash was picked up after 1st day, we had to take it to first floor. Ice machine and snack were not working.

Drink machine broken,ice machine on my floor broken, snack machine empty, breakfast was a bust aswell.

Ok property however the room I had smelt of animal urine , the sheets were damp as if they rushed to wash and clean the comforters before we got there as well as if your not a bread person then this location is not for you for breakfast!

The place smelled of animal urine and floors in room were dirty. Doors wouldn’t close in bathroom. Breakfast was gross. Eggs in fridge were half broken and moldy.

The nastiest place. The entire floor were so sticky everywhere. The bed made a noise every time you moved or rolled over. I’ll never stay here again !

Beds were comfortable and clean. Ice machines were nasty and floors were very sticky in the rooms and when we would wipe something off the floor the floor was absolutely disgusting.

Looks like this hotel property was acquired and needs some spiffing up. Room could have been swept better and employees could look a little more professional.

The room was nice and clean. Walls was really thin. The people upstairs above me was so loud and disturbing i couldn't sleep for two nights. I want ever chose it again

I was a little disappointed in my stay. The hotel looked great from the outside and from the lobby, but when I got in the room, the floor was so sticky that my shoes literally stuck with every step I took. Then when we entered the bathroom. There wasn’t a single towel, washcloth or hand towel. We had to go down to get those items. Also, the TV was not working, but we resolve that issue ourselves. The location was convenient and clean except for the sticky floors.

Well in room 208 the toilet seat was broken, so that was always an adventure. Large dogs barking late at night not fun, not enough selection for breakfast if it goes till 9am. Looks like it wasnt restocked. Maybe look into investing in queen beds double beds are the most enjoyable

It’s not about the property but i booked my room thru Expedia and they messed up the reservation and took forever to get it sorted out. The young lady working the desk at the hotel was so sweet.

Our toilet leaked and ran the entire stay and we asked to have it fixed or change rooms. No other rooms were available. The leak was fixed but the toilet still ran all day and all night after the "fix"

Staff was nice but the room smelled horrible when we first walked it. There was a leak stain above one of the beds as well as a huge crack. The shower curtain also only covered half the tub as the bar was improperly installed. There were also not enough large towels or any wash rags. For positive I will say that the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

The staff was wonderful helpful and friendly ... first night children jumped up and down and moved furniture for hours the staff moved us to another room perfect fix.... breakfast was lacking fresh bagels or bread and no meats there were hard boiled eggs and other guest made a terrible mess each morning staff cleaned up as fast as they could .... overall a nice experience ... note there were at least 10 feral cats and left over construction materials all around the property ... pool looked nice and clean but too cold to swim on our stay.... beds were comfee easy to use remote for tv plenty of clean towels shsmpoo and soap ... id stay again

Booked a room king size bed for handicap but when checked in didn't have any

The staff was cordial & prompt when needed. The breakfast was not well attended. The supply of food was always running out. The GFI breaker for the TV tripped at least once a day. The elevator quit during our stay. Bottom line, the place was not well kept.

Vending machines were empty. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. The facility was run down and dirty.

Clean, rooms are nice, staff is really nice and helpful, felt safe, all around nice experience.
