We were in RI for a URI family weekend and stayed here. It was about 25 min from URI. The hotel is older and could use some updates. But it was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. But the woman who oversees the breakfast area was rude and not friendly at all. She spoke down to my husband and me which was annoying. But all in all, our stay was nice.

Located on a golf course. 2 restaurants within walking distance. Great pool. Clean rooms and excellent room service. The rooms were a little dated but the water pressure was excellent and location was perfect.

Nice property next to the golf course, close to the beach. Nothing fancy, just a clean place to sleep.

Fine accomodations, nice balconies. Overall lack of color in the bedrooms could probably use something other than the current quilts.

Room was clean and tidy, ample linens & towels, plenty of hot water. The bed was firm which I like and it was very quiet. Due to the weather we didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. The breakfast choices could be better; not the most inviting space where the breakfast is served. The front desk personnel were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall a good experience.

Comfortable room. Clean. Toilet paper holder falling off wall. Breakfast -muffins tiny. Butter only for toast. No peanut butter or cream cheese. No hot water for tea . No cold water.

This place has it all if you are looking for a clean & quiet place set apart from the noisy strip. My room was immaculate, with a large bathroom and luxurious tub and overhead heat lamp. The balcony view was wonderful in the am and peaceful in the evening. It is close enough to all the action yet far enough away to be restful. After spending the day at the beach, this was the perfect place to unwind, and catch up on some correspondence... I actually had a scare when I left some jewelry behind in my room but Joseph and his staff kindly retrieved and secured it for me! I can't wait to go back again soon- thank you!

Breakfast was continental. Only comment is that there was not any decaf coffee and no cream cheese for bagels. Minor details. Otherwise it was excellent.

Unfriendly but not rude staff, basic room: no mug to microwave nor coffee/ tea; quiet location on main road.

Easy parking. Easy checking though with few words no additional info. NIce, spacious rooms. Breakfast basic Continental worked for us. Would stay again. Didnt have a chance to try the bar or restaurant, they were closed for a holiday.

It was very difficult to get around due to we dont drive. It was very hard to get lyft and uber dont service this area. The property was . The person at checking was cold like a stone did not welcome us. He gave us the key and. Said your room is down the hill. As we were checking out i asked for the bill he said you book on line your bill is on line.now No politeness.

I did not go to excellent because the exercise room closed early (for me) at 9 PM. Also, the breakfast was OK, but no hot food at all, like eggs or waffles, only toast. However, it was nice to have maid service again and the room was nice. Our bath fan was terribly noisy--maintenance should address that. Great internet service!

The location is very convenient and the views are very nice. The pool area was also great. The rooms are adequate - typical hotel rooms - that could probably use some updating.

The stairwells were not illuminated and therefore a safety concern. The elevator got stuck a couple times. The desk clerk was kind of bland when we checked in but let us check in early and park 2 cars. He was back the next morning and friendlier. The continental breakfast was disappointing but the woman supervising it was nice. Room clean and comfortable but no in room coffee.

Not even close to the website. Very much like a Motel 6.

Front desk service had no personality. Barely a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. Air conditioning was less than satisfactory. Would stay again but manage my expectations

Very clean and fairly comfortable just a little outdated. I would definitely stay there again.

Noisy, staff at the front desk was less hospitable than is appropriate for a 2 or 3-star hotel. Would not recommend the hotel.

Rooms were fine, clean linens on bed and bathroom. Shower heads need to be cleaned. Maid service was spot on. AC could use an up grade but kept room cool. Would definitely stay there again. Great view of the golf course

The only real issue we had and for us it's very important. The motel claims to be smoke-free but each room has a balcony or out door seating facing the side of the motel (not the front office) 4 to 5 guests were there smoking. Call at front desk and nothing was done. We were there only one day but could not use our balcony for a per dinner drink or coffee in the morning. Also went to the continental breakfast for coffee the woman asked us if it was our car in the car port. We said no and then asked us if we were sure. Like we were lying. So for these reasons we won't ever stay again.

The hotel is great for a family. They do need to work on their continental breakfast, very poor. They had juice, coffee, dry cereal. We went to Dunkin Donuts for our breakfast. But I will say: we will go back and bring our own breakfast food.

We have stayed at the Winnapaug Inn many times, it is always great.
