They had plenty of gluten free options at breakfast. Their staff was very accommodating.

My only complaint was the lady working the counter at night. Went down for some snacks and she did not seem happy to be there. Unpleasant encounter but otherwise great stay!

It was a great stay with friendly and professional hotel staff. The breakfast buffet had great selections and very clean. There were a couple of staff that goes around the dining area to pick up dirty plates and wiped down tables consistently. Our room was huge with kitchen! The Housekeeping always cleaned our room on a timely manner. BUT, a friendly feedback … the pillows were all flat and old. It was so uncomfortable to sleep. It’s time for you to change your old pillows , so your guests like me will not get a stiff neck the next day 😉!!

This hotel is very nice. Natasha at the front desk was lovely. The bar staff was exceptional with drink and food recommendations. Great breakfast with a clean eat area. The room was nice. Clean. Personalized on our tv. My one complaint, and reason for not giving five stars, the parking. There is not a garage or lot attached, it’s street parking or valet. But the valet just parks on the street in the front. You can’t pull up and seamlessly give them your keys, cause there’s no spots. If you pay for valet, it makes you feel like your car is safer. But in this case, it’s still street parking. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful hotel and worth the cost.

Had to make a less than 48 hour notice of a booking. Chose the king suite since it was a decent price. Pros: Woman checking me in was delightful, bar/sitting areas in general are great, breakfast had so many options including dairy free and gluten free, the suite’s kitchen was large, security measures for the building/elevator, and parking. Cons: Woman checking me out wasn’t that nice to me maybe because I had a cheap Marshall’s bag on top of my luggage; not sure it was a 180 switch tone of voice from the people she was talking to prior to me. Shower had that pink bacteria build up. Glad there was dish soap and I cut half the dish scrubber so I clean it up myself. A little thrown off there weren’t a lot of amenities provided like q-tips. Overall I would stay here again.

This Residence Inn was one of the best hotels I've stayed out in awhile. The room I was assigned to was big, spacious, comfortable, and just wonderful overall. The bathroom was huge and accomadating with every single soap available. Customer service was top notch and the breakfast buffet was great. Although I was only here for 1 night, I would gladly come back to the same hotel for future stays.

Check in was very quick and easy and the location of the hotel was within walking distance of where I was working for the weekend. There is a variety of places to eat and grab coffee and a supermarket 4 blocks away. The room was spacious with a kitchen, living space, bed and bathroom. Lots or room to sprawl with big windows and good lighting. I will definitely stay here again!

LEED certified for any environmentalists out there. Complimentary breakfast was great and many amenities. Cute garden area and staff was very accommodating and friendly. No issues whatsoever. Had a 3 day stay but would have been comfortable here for much much longer.

Very glad to see the upkeep and hospitality are number 1 here. The area is great considering the neighborhood we felt safe from the train and walked to dinner. Front desk was exceptional answering all questions and taking the time to make you feel first class. Great experience here
