Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room. But room is very small. Space too tight to have side chairs facing TV. For my part would rate a 7 or 8.

There was no pet area offered. The stopper on the bathtub was broke so my shower water would not drain. Found check in time of 5 pm a little in the day. The hotel.com com website does not give extra pet pricing. As well we received email confirmation of outstay stating only 1 pet. We had two. We wanted to cancel but there was a no cancellation policy. To compensate they only charged us for 1 per which was wonderful. We had no remote but they brought one immediately.

Room was updated, but very dirty - various hair all over the bathroom floor, hair stuck to the toilet, sticky floors, stained shower curtain and bedspread.

Room was very clean, bathtub is so comfortable to soak in. I like selection of different pillows which satisfies everyone and comfortable beds. I will come again

Upon arrival the owner/manager welcomed me to Osoyoos and to the Inn. The management are very courteous and nice people. The rooms were very good, beds are comfortable. There is also a restaurant next door that serves excellent breakfast.

A convenient place with clean rooms and responsive front desk staff.
However very loud near the pool well into the night from a group of other guests. For once I was glad of a loud room air conditioner to cover a lot of the noise.

Had issues with the bathroom cleanliness, whiskers in the sink, toilet not cleaned, mirrors had not been cleaned and bathtub looked dirty. In fairness did not report this to the staff as we were only staying over for a night to continue on with our travels. The room looked like it had recently been renovated and was nice. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh.

Excellent motel manager. Stayed up late for our very late check-in. Very courteous and helpful. Newly renovated rooms are very nice. Good space in rooms. Definitely recommend this motel.

Nice clean updated room. Room is a bit to small for a King size bed. I understand that this is the season for hotels to make their money but this room was a little bit over priced at $250.

The owners of the property were extremely helpful and kind. This was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. That alone, will bring me back. Love love it there.

This is our second time at this location and we absolutely love it here. The staff and management is amazing and sooooo accommodating! They really go above and beyond for their guests! We’ll be back for sure. And the outdoor pool is so nice! Love the rooms.

At the crossroads of HWY 97 and 3, a 10 minute walk to downtown Osoyoos. Food is right next door or a quick walk. Relatively quiet during the night even being so close to the highway

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. Pet friendly option. Beds were good. Space in rooms were decent. Pool area was very nice with BBQs and good amount of seating. The actual pool was awesome and overall the location was great. 2 fruitstands and about 5 mins from downtown, Tim's, McDonald's and Red Apple.

The property has been renovated and is very clean. Our room had all the conveniences for a longer stay - dishes, microwave, dining table, couch, etc. The kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Newly renovated and clean, friendly staff. Bed and bedding were nice. AC in the room was a little noisy and you’ll hear truck and vehicle noise at night. Note that almost all accommodations in town are on the highway. Having said that, I would certainly stay there again.

Clean rooms and everything you'd need to stay for a while but the sofa bed is all springs and not really suited for sleeping on.
