Quiet, has a garden with nice plants to sit in, spacious rooms, good view over the archeological site, room to park inside the gate. Property manager and owner very responsive in fixing wifi issue that popped up.
Lighting in kitchen is harshly bright, which isn’t ideal for a relaxing evening meal - add a dimmer? Kitchen is very echoey - add something to the walls like a hanging? Need better knives in kitchen. Mattresses could be better quality.

I highly recommend this place. The house is clean, furnished lovely and very comfortable. Check in and any questions during our stay were attended to very quickly. Tha host is friendly and polite. The garden is beautiful.

Excellent place to stay with super hosts. They even baked a special cake without eggs and milk! Very tasty breakfast.

Lots of room to park (because it's not in Ortigia).
Good size room and nice garden area.
Walking distance to Greek theatre.
It's a quiet residential area (which I personally liked) but also means you need the car for restaurants etc.

The best place to stay in Siracusa. Martina and Pepe are the best host you could find. The house is very charming and very very clean, you feel like home. Everything is made with love, the breakfast is great and homemade. I had one of the best cappuccino ever, made by Martina. Very hard to give less than 10.

Beautiful garden. Safe parking inside the premises. The room was big and freshly renovated, comfy bed. AC so quiet and gentle, no need to adjust middle of the night.
Mosquitos. Inside there were solutions - to close doors, there was provided repellant. But outside we were helpless.

The couple running this excellent B&B are really friendly and helpful, and usefully for us, speak really good English. Room a good size for the price, quiet with good aircon, and dark if wanted. Secure off-street parking welcome. The home made cake with breakfast was yummy. A shortish walk to the archaeological site, but more of a slog to the old town (about 40 minutes). Essential supplies available from shops fairly near by.
