No AC, smells like smoke and seems like it’s a home for some of the people staying there. Great location and the bed was comfortable. The service was great.

One of the few times that staff actually asked me how our stay was going and if we needed anything well after check in.

Trip was good accommodations were good. I was worried about the area but hotel has parking in courtyard do that was good.

People next to us were playing music till 6am. When I wanted to cancel my next night, the owner made it extremely hard and had me going back and forth with an agent to get him to cancel, wouldn’t even show up to give me the refund hiding behind his desk. Room wasn’t clean, and I got charged for both nights as soon as we checked in. Avoid

The owner Harry was wonderful as always. Very friendly and helpful.

QUITE NICE TO STAY

The rooms are pretty bad. The beds are super uncomfortable and the carpet was sticky.

It was pretty close to the beach , comfortable room and nice staff

For starters, the room smelled musty, comforter was stained. Mattress was semi-comfortable but tiny on flat side pillows. Thin towels. Very annoying light switches on walls and none in bathroom. Light switch was placed outside in bedroom so had to constantly go back out to turn on/off and at night when bathroom was needed, light kept waking my husband who was asleep. Overall would never stay there again.

We checked into our room we paid for king bed gave us queen size, bathroom floor so dirty, there was no free continental breakfast, like they advertised. Will not stay ever again.

I would recommend The Seaview for their service, cleanliness and parking availability. Close to the beach and restaurants. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

Nice & quiet

It was ok. The 2 queen beds in the room made it a little snug to move around. Our back bathroom window was open on the top floor and we could hear people talking at night after 10:00. It's good accommodations but definitely not the best.

The staff was very nice. Room was very dark. The bed was very hard like sleeping on ply wood...But the room was very clean.

the beds were too hard. we couldn't sleep very well. no water bottles in vending machine or room. bathroom was nice. shower nice but made a loud whistle noise while water running. room was hot and muggy. no A/C. just floor fans

Nothing wrong with this Motel. Stayed one night

The bathroom ceiling leaked my entire night at the hotel. The floor flooded. The staff seemed to not care and focused more so on defending the length of time the ceiling may have been leaking.

The staff got in the room and did not even take trash out or straighten the room. The price was too high for the room. Disappointed.

The best word to describe it is "Minimal !". No bath soap, tiny hand and face soap, no pictures, no clothes hangers, towels bracket broken.

All in all not a bad experience although air con in the room would have been good, and some form of breakfast.

It was a clean area. Staff was friendly. However, there was not air-conditioning so it got a little warm, there was a fan which was sufficient because it was not too hot. Unfortunately we couldn't keep the door open because I was afraid of my kiddo would take off running outside. Other than that I recommend the place! It is like 4 blocks away from the beach.

I liked that it was in the property was in the middle of all the places we wanted to sight see and was super convenient. There was a small coffee place close by as well as a Thai restaurant that was really good!

Hotel clerks were very nice, location turned out safe too. Only complaint is that there was only two pillows on our bed for me and my girlfriend. Also there is no air conditioning but it does not mention it in hotel description anyways but just something to consider. Overall we were fine. Very close to Oceano Dunes and restaurants!

I stayed in this property for one night. This property charged me a total of $209 including taxes for that stay. Based on the location, facilities etc. , hotels like this should not be charging more than $60-$70 a night. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were of the cheapest quality. I didn't expect to get soaps that would give one skin rash being presented for guests at a hotel that charges $200 per night. On the top of that, this hotel in its listing in expedia explicitly mentioned that they offer continental breakfast. During our checking we were informed that they did away with that service after covid 19. Somehow, they forgot to update that detail about their listing in expedia. Overall, a satisfactory hotel if they are asking one to pay something in the range of $60-$80 per night.
