The front desk clerk was very rude . The key doesn’t work for any of the outside doors so you have to go back through the lobby . Also, none of the outlets in the room worked I had to charge my phone in the bathroom

My stay at Econo Lodge was good. I would like to recommend that there is an upgrade to the room. There needs to be a chair to sit and relax in the room and an iron to iron clothes. The heater doesn't work very well in the room. The toilet didn't go down very well either. The bed was comfortable to sleep for the night. It was convenient for our trip in the Rochester area as it was near stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

The room had bed bugs

It wasnt bad at all. Very quiet during my 3 night stay. Coffee 24 hours in the lobby. Rooms look to have been remodeled. No carpet. Staff was nice.

Stay was good. Check in was good. Bed was comfy. Pillows were good. Only 2 things to note: the door did not have a safety latch and there was a hole where a wall outlet used to be (see pics). Overall, I wouldn’t mind staying again.

Room was recently refurbished with new furniture and Samsung Tv, and all very nice. Room also has nice size fridge and microwave which all looked new. Bed was ok. Bathroom also newly renovated and room was very clean overall.

My stay was a nightmare. The rooms were very dirty, bath tub was dingy and there was urine stains in the toilet floor. The microwave and refrigerator was exceptionally disgusting, food was stuck to the floor, dust and food remains everywhere in the floor. The nightstand had burnt marks and the drawers had food and remains from the previous occupants. There were food stains in every counter. My bed had no blanket and it was very cold in the room. The heater blew cold air even though it was set at 85 deg F. The television had no signal and occupants were smoking in front of my room. The door to my room had no lock and I used chairs to secure the door. I did not sleep for the 2 night stay. It was unsafe. I brought this to the front desk attention but nothing was done. I need to be compensated with a full refund because It was inhumane and disrespectful. I have never experienced such poor service from a hotel before. The unhygienic environment. Please do something about this. I’m still traumatized. I have several pictures to back my claim.
