Beautiful beach!!! But staff need to appear more helpful to guests.

Staff is great, room need more privacy and the a/c in the room make so much noise need to be upgraded to more energy efficient.

Mr Berni, your staff did not give back our Php 2000 deposit. They said, we did not paid for it since we don’t have any receipt. But they wont let us stay and check-in without a cash deposit. They only gave us the policy and let us sign it. We thought that was it. We are used to Credit card deductions and return for deposits so it was all new to us. It was never deducted from our incidentals of over Php 7,500 and souvenirs from the shope of over Php2,000. The deposit is such a small money considering our reservation of 2 Kubo & 3 Mansion rooms worth more than Php60,000. But it is the integrity and principle that we are advocating for. It made me feel bad about the overall stay. Initially, I was disappointed with some lacking toiletries and basic amenities and maintenance but thought the service made up for it. I guess, I was mistaken and that small issue of no receipt, no deposit refund really stings. Very disappointed to what would have been a pleasant stay. Keep the money, thanks.

Absolutely stunning very peaceful and relaxing, very clean and tidy, amenities were also good . The food was excellent very tasty and very fresh.

It was a nice place but the food service is too slow. They charge extra for a lot of things. The restaurant is very open so the flies are all over you. The staff are very nice and accommodating though. Overall it was a good vacation with family.

Relaxing and will definitely come back soon.

Overall place was good, specially the garden, beach front, but Room Expectations was not met. Room is outdated, a lot of mosquitoes, smell is old. Dirty bathroom with a lot of black molds on the corner, bath tub sower is clogged, you need to take the dirty cover, toilet bowl is outdated. No PWD or Sr Citizen discount for additional child. Booking is not promo. NO coffeemaker - you need to request hot water from time to time. No Cabinet for clothes or luggages, free water but in a pitcher already inside the ref. No food allowed. Towels are outdated. Please note that i dont have any intention to mess up with theHotel, but please check your rooms carefully and be considerate to all guests. It was a wonderful time spent with our family. The place is very nice, worth every penny. 😊The food was also good, especially the pasta marinara and lemon chicken😋😋

The staff are very helpful, courteous and reliable. I feel very safe. The security guards are very visible. This is my 3rd time here at the Amore section. Food is good. Place is a good place to relax. I highly recommend.

Aside from the little “creatures” in the bathroom, it was a pleasant stay. Staff were very courteous, always smiling and acknowledging the guests with a “good morning or good evening”.

I did not like how they charge extra for my children as adults when staying in same room

No activities. Dining facility is limited. Need a blackout curtains. Foods are limited. The staff are so warm. Customer support is fast. Just improve the place especially the rooms.

Serene. Love the garden. Staffs are accommodating and accommodation is as good as the first time.

Honest staff. I lost my iPad in the premises. An employee turned it in to lost and found. I was so happy I gave the employee an monetary reward. My iPad holds important data for me. What a relief.

Check in was a breeze but note that you will be required to put in a cash deposit of PHP2000 upon check in. Outside food and drinks (except for snacks) are also subject to surcharge. The room looked great but I found the description a bit misleading. Sitio Amore is a 2-storey unit with 4 double beds. Ive checked Expedia and even the resort website and this detail didnt come out very clear from the description. If weve known this, we wouldve opted to just book one room instead of two. Our room lock also didnt work which was an inconvenience. Granted, I opted not to bring this up since we will only be there for one night and didnt want to switch rooms. There also wasnt any wifi access as it is apparently not working at that time. For the amount that we paid for the rooms, this is quite disappointing. I also noticed that both bathrooms were too dark, it seems that only one light was working.The pool was really nice for both day and night swimming. The place was relatively quiet when we were there so the pool wasnt crowded at all. The beach was a bit of a disappointment. It was a bit of a walk to get to the sea (may be because its low tide) and parts of the shore (sand) had shells/corals and sea weeds. Food was okay, I preferred their breakfast selection more than dinner. Overall good ambience but facilities/amenities could be further improved.

Worst stay in a while. Ive stayed in many resorts throughout the Philippines, none with worse service though. We had booked a 3 night stay.We were a little unlucky that at the time of arrival a storm was also expected, but we cant blame the resort for the weather. What we can blame them for is the totally lack of service that followed.On the first night the storm hit, and knocked out the power, but we were told that they had a generator and it would be able to run for 6 hours and then it had to rest for 2 hours. Turned out it ran for 4-5 hours and had to be turned off for 3 hours, so we were without any power for most of our stay. It came back the day before we left again.Our stay were with breakfast and dinner included. On the second day my wife and I were having a snack at the restaurant in the afternoon, they told us that at 5pm they would come by our room and take our requests for dinner. But they didnt, we went to the reception to ask why, turned out they had left for the day, then we asked some staff who were standing outside. They said the kitchen staff and everyone had left for the day. We were traveling with 2 senior family members as well, it turned out, that they had called them in the afternoon, asking if they wanted something to eat, but at that time they werent hungry, because they wanted to wait for dinnner. Somehow the staff understould that as noone wanted any dinner.Wifi didnt work at the resort at any time of our stay.

Its just right, nothing fancy, I hate the AC location which was near the floor at the room doesnt get that cold and the electric power key activation which shuts off the electricity inside the room. No Wifi inside the room, 4G signal is terrible to none. TV has 3 channels GMA, ABS and HBO. Food is just right as well, nothing fancy.
