The hotel was nicely decorated and theists was friendly. Room was spacious and comfy. However, location slightly far from town and take roughly 20 mins walking there, else, you may hire a tuk tuk service for USD 2, every journey. Also, please becaful of the bed bug as my friend are being bite all over the body.

AmaIng staff, beautiful hotel. Served us a drink and plantines right when we arrived. GREAT for the price we paid. 15 min to popular streets/bars. 40 min from Angkor Wat. John taxi guy is the best!!!

Nice staff, nice big room, nice pool. Nothing too much trouble. Food, service and pricing all good. A little bit out from pub street etc but the hotel have permanent tuktuks out the front which will take you for only $1.

Generally we enjoyed staying in the hotel, facilities are nice and staff is accommodating. but we felt that the hotel management needs to do a better job in cleaning the common areas, around the pool lobby, stairs and hallways.

BIG room, very clean, comfy bed! Reasonably priced mini bar ($1.50/beer). Had a pool view which was very nice.
Food served was mostly western which is good but some more local options would be nice.
"1 Free airport transfer" only applies to arriving not departing which could have been clearly stated.
A bit out of the way but transportation is so cheap there it didn't matter.
Would stay there again

A very good hotel for the price. Huge, comfortable rooms with a nice pool and breakfast area. Great shower, great bed and a nice balcony overlooking the garden pool. Out of the busy area for a quieter stay but easy to get into town. Lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Service is good here, front desk staffs are very helpful and nice. Appreciate the variety of breakfast provided, love it! Convenient to get Tuk Tuk and close to Haven, a really nice restaurant in Siem Reap (around 300m walking distance) !!
Something to improve --- a better washroom as it looks a bit worn now and water during splashes to toilet and floor easily as there is no glass or cover to separate the space. Expect better clean bed sheet and pillow cover. (found some stains on it :( ...)
Overall, worth for its price! Still a good stay there!

I enjoyed the hotel, where the staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided us with a complimentary airport pickup by tuk tuk.

Our stay in Landing Gold Villa was perfect. Great room, large and comfortable, with balcony, amazing breakfast, nice swimming pool with enough shadow to enjoy it under the heat of Cambodia, pleasant staff. Just inform reception a bit ahead of time when you want to go in town, especially if in the evening, as there are not always tuktuk in front of the hotel. But hotel gives a call and in a few minutes they arrive.

The staff welcomed us warmly. When we got to our room the a/c didn't seem to be working properly. I went to the staff and reported the a/c issue. They said they'd send somebody to check the unit. A young man came and checked it and told us to turn the fan off. In the morning, after a restless, warm might I told the manager that something had to be done about the a/c. They promptly changed our room to a room with a properly operating a/c. The rest of the stay was very good.

The bad experience started as soon as we arrived the airport, there's no show for the pickup although we had received confirmation from the hotel 10 days ago. I had to make an international call to contact the hotel again and it eventually took us an hour to wait for the driver to show up.
The driver helped to move the luggage into the tuk tuk and appeared to be friendly until we told him that we already had our driver arranged for the rest of our holiday. When we got off, my husband had to lift the luggage off the tuk tuk, neither the driver nor anyone from the hotel had come to help.
The room condition wasn't even near to what I had expected. It's true that the room is pretty big, but it wasn't maintained well. I saw mosquito blood everywhere on the walls in the room and some unknown bugs on our bed. Also, I could enjoy the pool view only if I stuck myself out and looked down from the balcony, or I was simply looking at some construction sites when sitting in the room.
We returned the key and requested to check out at 4:30am in the morning for our trip to sunrise. The front desk guy who was awake just couldn't communicate with us and the guy who was in the bed wasn't want to get up at all. We ended up just leave and asked him to let us know when we come back to pick up the luggage if he still got problems.

The hotel is located slightly outside of walking distance to the old market but it is a short $2 tuk tuk ride. Most of the better hotels in Siem Reap are a short ride from Pub Street and the old market. The hotel was very comfortable with a nice pool. The open air reception area and restaurant are nice.

we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. some staff couldn't speak english fluent enough but they were really kind and friendly. the shower didn't really turn from hot to cold or cold to hot. very hard to adjust the temperature with the knob. other than that, breakfast was good. Tuk Tuks to the main area was $2usd one way and we had a group of 8 so 4 people per tuk tuk made it very very affordable. there was construction in the afternoon which was quite noisy and not conducive if you had spent a long day at the temples and want to go back to the hotel for some rest. other than that we enjoyed ourselves!

A group of 15 of us, a mix of couples and solos, stayed here for four nights and received generous hospitality and service while there. The building and grounds are stunning, with an infinity edge pool and water gardens at the entrance. The restaurant and lobby became a living room for our group to gather for beers, coffee, and meals throughout our stay. The staff kindly helped us arrange van transport to visit temples, called tuk-tuks to get our group into town for dinner, and were very flexible and responsive in arranging in-room spa services for many of us. I would absolutely stay at the Landing Gold Villa again, not only to be in this lovely place, but see the gracious staff again.

My boyfriend and j stayed here for 3nights as a bit of a relax after completing a week of temple sight seeing before travelling onwards. The hotel itself is just lovely, the room and bathroom were clean and well presented. The rooms and the hotel look like the photographs. The pool and the outside area was very nice too.Location wise it is about $3 for a tuk tuk into town, or a 15min walk through a little village. The hotel is opposite a school but it is very quiet.Sadly though there was a negative, and that was he food. The menu was basic and when ordering a western dish on the last night, i was sadly dissapointed. However we also had noodles for lunch one day and they were nice. And to make up for it, the breakfast was amazing! You get a large fruit platter with every breakfast, as well as a drink and your cooked breakfast. We would go back.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and were greatly impressed. It is an excellent example of how a small hotel can compete aganist the larger competitoin by creating a pleasant, efficient environment backed by excellent staff.
The room was spacious, well equipped and kept remarkable cool during the day when we were away. A bath was particularly popuar with my wife and the shower was similarly efficient and always hot. Breakfast was amazing, not only, was there a choice of any type of egg dish but also ,a huge platter of fruit, croisants and toast was also included.
The location is excellent being close to the city centre yet sufficiently removed to avoid the noise and congestion. Trips to Angkor Wat took about fifteen minutes by Tuk Tuk. there were always drivers available and prices were reasonable. Our driver Poly really made our stay feel special so ask for him if you visit the hotel.

Lovely quiet hotel with friendly helpful staff. Beautiful pool to dip into which was definitely a must! The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice! It is a good base for sightseeing the Angkor Wat temples, the town and surrounding area. Excellent choice of food and drinks menu available were you to have a much needed day by the pool. Tuktuk a must, perfect for getting around.
