We never did get our room cleaned the 2nd day nor did we ever receive more towels the 2nd day. That was the only downside of our stay.

Good hotel for the price. Breakfast was pretty basic, but sufficient.

Our room was clean but missing soup, a trash cans, a smoke detector and the deadbolt didn’t work. Everything else was fine and we were tired.

I reserved a room that had 2 queens and a sofa bed for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 young kids. At checkin they said They had us in a king and would check for a room with 2 queens. We got 2 queens and no sofa bed…for 6 people and they didn’t have a bed they could put in the room. I showed them my reservation and they said they couldn’t do anything.the inside of our window was broken as well. I will never stay at a best western again!

Bed was comfortable but the bathroom looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned, dirty wash cloth put back, toilet seat had not been completely clean, shower curtain had dark stains on it. Let the person up front know and they didn't seem surprised........

Comfortable beds and atmosphere! Would be nice to have a fan in room for ambient noise and the heated indoor pool was freezing cold and hot tub was at temperature the pool should of been. Would be nice to have only 1 tv remote to deal with and not have to figure out which input to put tv on and which remote controlled volume and which controlled channels etc. I'd stay there again if the pool was warmer. I am certified electronics technician and have designed entertainment rooms so the TV remote to me was nothing, but I am frustrated for those older folks who hate technology because things are not set up for ease of use by consumer.

It was welcoming and clean. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the spa and pool. The bed was very firm.

We love this hotel and stay here every time we come to Woodward. Very clean and very friendly.

The complimentary was good, and the room was much nicer than anticipated. Check-in lacked general information (when breakfast was, checkout times...). The workout facility had a treadmill, an exercise bike, an elliptical, and free weights. The only machine with a cord was the treadmill, but it had seen better days and was pretty noisy. One main aspect of the hotel room that was frustrating was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom -- there was no exhaust fan, so after a shower, it would take a while for the mirror to defog (even with the bathroom door open). But overall, the stay there was fine, and should I revisit Woodward, this place would do.

Check in was at three and we had to wait to get into our room was my only complaint.

The man at the front desk was not friendly at all. There were no towels in the pool room. Breakfast was horrible. The only thing good to eat was the waffles. The bed skirts had something on them that looked like someone had wiped their nose on them. Uggg!!!

So when first arriving, the power was out due to a storm. I went to the door(electric) and the manager was sitting on a couch with his legs propped up and NEVER once tried to get up and let me in until my husband we t to the door. The manager acted put out every time we needed something bc he had to get up from his chair in his “managers office” where he spent 99% of his time watching tv. We stayed here a week prior to this stay for 2 nights and on one of the nights, the housekeepers did not touch our room. Dirty towels and all still laying in floor at 10:00 pm. So we came back and stayed against better judgement for 4 nights and once again- no room cleaned and dirty towels. The smoke detector was ripped off and gone in our room. There was a hole in wall in bathroom under sink. We now know why there were very few cars here and the holiday inn was packed- Bobby the manager is the reason guaranteed. Will never spend another night here:(

We checked in at 8:30 pm, room was about 90 degrees. Ac was turned off, it finally cooled off about the time we checked out. Elevator was very messy and smelled bad. Our room looked to have had a water leak and wall paper was peeled off, and ceiling stained. My wife found lots of black hair in bed sheets, and 2 of our towels had holes in them. The other towels were paper thin. I travel for work a lot and stay in a lot of hotels and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We originally booked at the Hampton Inn, but they over booked our room, and moved us here. I think I need my points I used on this stay plus some reimbursed. Absolutely horrible hotel stay

Not once did the sheets on the bed get changed for the whole stay! The same stain was always on them and we watched to see if it would be new sheets and it never was! We didn’t have wash cloths for half of the stay. We ended up having to get our own at Walmart. There was bugs all over. Some dead and some alive. Staff wasn’t very friendly at all! Housekeeping skipped our room a couple of times so we had to call for towels and they acted as if we were lying. The hotel was a newer nicer one and wasn’t nasty but the cleaning ladies never changing the sheets was enough to make us wish we could switch hotels. But the town was full.

The person who checked us in was so unfriendly, and unwelcoming! I thought it was just that individual but absolutely NO ONE from the staff spoke to any of us the entire time we were there! And sadly, we were 1 of 3 families in the entire hotel! Breakfast was mediocre. The only thing that scored high points was that it was very clean and they offered 3 queen beds in one room. However, there are other hotels in Woodward that are clean and friendly that I’d rather stay at!
