The property was quaint but definitely could use a facelift to the rooms and bathroom. I enjoyed the Home feeling of the Inn and the bar.

Restaurant food was excellent. Good value.

This really was a pleasant surprise after a long drive leaf peeping in the northern New Hampshire and Vermont area. We were skeptical due to it being off season for skiin, and there not being a town center anywhere nearby. Our room was simple, clean and more than just minimally functional at a decent price. The restaurant was actually excellent, portion sizes very good, and a diverse menu with daily specials was offered. Food served until 9 PM, and there was a cozy full bar area with cheerful and talented bar staff (Adam?), which is where we ate. Although ski season had not started, the inn was busy on a Monday night with a mix of locals and travelers. There was both a hot tub and a sauna, and both were fully functional and clean. Finally, across the street is a great little general store with gas pumps. Fresh muffins and coffee, and we were off to our next stop. Highly recommended, and we will be back.

You have to eat here. The food is phenomenal and big portions. Super cool environment in bar and restaurant. 10 desserts to choose from, all homemade, great cocktails. Rooms are simple but clean. And place was nice and quiet.

Very cozy bed and breakfast like feel. The pub was wonderful and the people were very friendly.

No A/C, thank goodness they had electric fan. No elevator. I kept bumping onto the sharp corner of the metal bed frame!

The whole place was delightful. The location was easy to find. Parking was effortless. The view was lovely.

The room was a bit stuffy without great air flow and a dog barked every morning. It did have a frig which was nice, but no way to make coffee in the room.

Have stayed here before but did not stay this time as family found other more suitable lodging.

It was very affordable and everything was great! Will be back next time we come back.

My husband and I stayed at Jay Village Inn because we had a wedding 5 minutes up the road. Check in and check out was extremely easy, and the staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We stayed in room 14, it was on the smaller side which we did not mind as we just needed the room for one night, a place to lay our head down. The room was very clean. The room had a mini fridge, no microwave, a desk and cable tv, no a/c but a fan and the window opens for fresh air. They have an outdoor pool and a dry sauna on site. They have a restaurant down stairs. We did not eat there due to having a very restricted diet for health/ allergy reasons.They are less than 10 minutes from Jay Peak Resort. We would book again, but maybe in another room if our stay is longer than 1 night.

This is a great value option for Jay, VT. I have stayed here twice and the best part of this hotel, is that it has an amazing restaurant. The food is the bomb! The rooms are outdated, but clean, and the location couldn't be better. Worth it!

Overall I had a pleasant stay, there was no AC in the rooms which was a little uncomfortable. One of the windows was missing a screen, and one of the bedside lamps kept going on and off when you would sit on the bed so we had to move the bed and adjust that. Those are my only concerns. Having a restaurant downstairs was very convenient.

Nice quaint Vermont Hotel. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Warm atmosphere. Good restaurant. Pleasant, helpful staff.

It's a cute rustic inn and the restaurant was fairly good but expensive for the meals. The beds were visibly sagging, the toilet ran and self-flushed every 30 seconds, the faucets were loose, the lighting was dim, and worst of all, the heat was unbearable, leaving us tossing and uncomfortably hot all night. The thermostat was fake or broken and the vents barely closed but didn't really help to redirect the heat. The windows opened but fireplace smoke came in along. I received no receipt when I checked out and there was no attendant. I was told to leave the keys on the desk. The key - an old style brass one - to one of the rooms (it was a suite) didn't work. And there were no privacy chains or bolts on the entrance doors of our rooms or the hotel. The staff seemed uncomfortable in their positions other than the waitresses in the restaurant who seemed happy. We ran into friends at the mountain that we didn't realize were staying in a suite below us and together we shared our lack of sleep from the hot rooms!

The reception was cold, given the key and told you're two flights up, no "welcome to the Jay Village Inn"NOTHING ! Woke up in the morning, and the heat was not working it was 58 degrees in the room no one on site to help, as I went down stairs at 3 AM. Parking lot was a sheet of ICE no sand spread out to stop anyone from falling. The one saving grace was the restaurant was good and the waitress was very friendly.

Place was okay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean enough. Shower and toilet area VERY small in the room we had. Not made for bigger people. DO NOT go in the hott tub. Water in the hott tub was disgusting not to mention all the cigarette butts all over the place inside the little gazebo it’s in. Restaurant was really good though will definitely be back to eat there.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was great and the restaurant was very good! Easy check in and the property is close to Jay Peak!

Nowhere to sit in the room. Coffee only available in the restaurant. Too hot. Thermostat nonfunctional.

Great friendly place with character and a nice restaurant/bar, very close to Jay Peak.

Jay Village was a cozy spot to land after a long cold day on the mountian. Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4 pm and our room still was not ready yet. We were soaking wet and all I wanted to do was take a hot shower. I was greeted by a bartender at the inn and told me to kindly " take you stuff off and let it dry by the fire until your room was ready". At that moment, I knew we made the right choice to stay here.

Amazing, restaurant is off the hook. Definitely try their steak n cheese 👍👍

Located near ski resort. Good price. Needs renovation of carpeting. Good restaurant with excellent service. Olivia was a great server.
