Clifton House Brighton

A very friendly welcome to a clean, spacious and very comfortable room with ensuite

Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!

I was looking for a convenient place to stay near Brighton, and this turned out to be an excellent choice. Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep, and the free on-street parking nearby was a real bonus. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Clifton House from arrival to departure all perfect for our visit to Brighton. Was easy to find tge property and only a 10 minute stroll from Portslade railway station and 9 minutes by rail from Brighton station. Instructions to receive our key and entry door were very clear and in good time for our stay and the room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities we could have wished for including a small fridge which was really useful especially on a hot day, a fan and plenty of electric sockets for charging phones and tablets. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept on whilst away from home and had a really good nights sleep which was also heped by the quietness of the room and surrounding area. Any reservations held initially about using a shared bathroom were quickly dispelled as the bathroom and shower were really clean and spacious also. Although we used public transport there was parking immediately outside the property and on the road also. All in all a great experience and would definately return for another stay to this property.
