Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nassau by IHG

The front desk staff were incredible. They were helpful in finding places to eat and ways to get around to various destinations. The breakfast was predictable in a good way and helped start the day off on the right foot. Staff were responsive to requests for towels/bedding. The cold drinks in the lobby in the afternoon/evening were a great way to cool down on those hot days. The location is ideal for navigating the busy streets of Nassau. We had some issues with water coming into the room during a torrential downpour one early morning and housekeeping and maintenance were quick to resolve the problem. We had an evening flight and we were able to store our bags at the hotel until our taxi ride to the airport.

from the time i checked in to check out 💯 quality service great staff.

If I ask for anything more I'd be greedy. Honestly my stay was amazing an I'm definitely coming back. Thanks Holiday Inn

This was my first time staying in the Holiday Inn & Suites downtown Nassau. I was impressed by how nice, clean and comfortable the rooms were; I have stayed in more luxury hotels, and the rooms were compatible. The breakfast was well prepared and offered a variety of choices. And all of the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed the convenient walk to the fish fry market and enjoyed a cultural meal while visiting there. I will certainly stay again.
