The apartment was really close to the places we wanted to see in Lisbon

Excelente

Perfect location in the center of everything you will want to do in the area. Plus the reception’s customer service was amazing. If I return Lisbon this is exactly where I will be staying. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality! Xoxo

We originally got stuck in a terrible hotel that falsely advertised the conditions.. the name of the hotel in Lisbon is called Pateo Saudade (don’t ever book this place, horrible; the owners will not get back to you!). That said, Hotels.com came to our rescue, without skipping a beat when I called the 800 number, they took care of the problem with great care and professionalism. They took our complaint of a not so clean room and false advertisement seriously and booked us another hotel on them. This hotel (hotel 7, albeit not worth the price they charge) was clean and how a hotel should be when on vacation. The best 3rd party experience by far! Most people are sceptical of 3rd party bookings, but this company takes care of its clients. I have made a decision to always go through hotel.com!
