Our stay was very relaxing. We especially enjoyed how quiet it was. We didnt hear a thing. The comforts of the bed was great. The team at front desk was excellent in how they received us. They were very welcoming.

Say was good, and comfortable. only complaint is the thermostat was in a real awkward location. Also limited parking.

Nice, clean, hotel. Nice linens and pillows. Good size room with office chair and comfortable recliner. Great lighting. Breakfast just okay.

Everything was great, other then when booking the room they were sold out of King Size Bed rooms. But the listing I paid for stated the room had 2 King Size Beds. I was already suspicious since the price was the same as the Queen standard rooms but figured I'd take the deal. But when we got to the room it was very obviously just a double Queen Bed room. Which was fine and served our purpose. But that might need to be looked into for what's being advertised and paid for by customers.

When arriving to my room I noticed that the cleanliness was horrible. The desk had crumbs all over it and an empty Dorito by the desk lamp. There were black hairs in the bed and black pubs on the toilet seat. The front desk was very kind on giving me a different room that was clean.

I got there and they stated they don’t deal with 3rd party reservation and didn’t have a room for me. I came a long way with no where to stay for 4 days the worst experience ever. When I got to desk to check in the hotel on 1/24/24 HOTEL CLERK WAS RUDE!!! GOT THE MGR HE WAS RUDE!!! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN…

Reserved a king suite with sofa sleeper and no sofa in all the suits.

The hotel is well kept. The staff was excellent. Easy access to I-10. Only issue was a very limited dining in the area and the breakfast menu was basically the same each day. We would stay there again.

Area was nice. Close to grocery and shopping centers. Close to freeway to get around town. Was a great stay we enjoyed it

Room wasn’t ready and beds were halfway made. Cleaning staff was loud and cursing like nobody was around. With kids and people taking like that, it is not professional.

This was truly a 5 star visit. I can't say anything negative about the visit. Staff were exceptional, room was impeccable, building was very well maintained inside and out. The breakfast bar was beyond belief. The price was very reasonable for everything we received.
Next visit will definitely stay there again.

The elevator was not working properly. Both myself and my wife have issues with stairs, moreso with my wife so I am NOT a happy camper. Secondly they have only 2 luggage carts so when we checked out there were absolutely -0- carts available.
